Gave me fries that aren’t even cooked. They weren’t busy and I was the only one at the drive thru when I ordered. Then they gave me my drinks and told me to pull up. I then sat there for 10 minutes and they brought out the wrong food. Then when I told the worker that it was wrong she had an attitude about it.

I stopped in tonight and got fresh hot food with barely a wait. The staff is attentive and friendly. And I can say this isn’t the first time…that I’ve been there late night. What McDonald’s or the operators need to figure out is why they don’t let you order on the app after after midnight, making it seem like they did breakfast changeover. Really makes you miss points you can earn on the app.

4 of us stood inside waiting for 15 mins to order and nobody bothered, or should I say had the ability to waddle over to ask if we needed anything. One person looked and did nothing. They were 8 feet away and because we were not in the drive-thru, we didn’t matter. Went to my drive thu and waited even longer but the line didn’t move. Had to leave due to time wasted. If you have two or three hours to waste, then this is your McDonald’s! Never wasting another minute in this location. Wasn’t looking for special treatment, just looking to be acknowledged that we were in the building trying to buy food.

Great experience at this store on thanksgiving. Ciera the manager went above and beyond to make sure my food was hot and fresh due to having issues with the Nile’s location recently. I will be coming to this location moving forward they actually take pride in their work compared to the Niles location who closes early every night and ignores guest. Thank you Ciera and great job.

Waited in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. There was 2 cars in front of me. The buns were stale and hard. The soda was just carbonated, no flavor. Someone needs to change the syrup. Probably understaffed. Poor girl working the window looked flustered. I blame management here.

The manager was so kind and sweet! She had such a positive upbeat personality even while they were busy! The whole team Was very nice and quick/efficient with orders! You could tell that all the employees respect her, which makes a huge difference. When she would ask the employees for something, she would say please and thank you to them! Good job to this McDonald’s, plus the girl who made my frappé made it so pretty

This is the 4th time I’ve been here and every time my food is either cold or wrong I have called and left complaints on the number on the drive thru wall I have emailed and also called the store nothing has ever been done about it also the staff is very rude so you either leave nad or disappointed.. The whole experience was just bad… This is the sandwich I received after taking it back cause it was made wrong the 1st time

I would advise driving 15 minutes to go to any other location over this one because they will stand and stare at you at the counter for 15 minutes and when you finally …. and IF you finally get service they’re 100% going to do something wrong from your order. And this is not just a one-time experience this is every time I go there, More than once I had to walk out after 5:00 or 10 minutes of not even getting any service while I watch people prepare GrubHub or DoorDash that the driver is not even there for yet….. Unbelievable, these are the same people that want to be paid more

If I make an order on your app for breakfast, it shouldn’t matter if I get to the restaurant at 10:40 or whatever. I completed and paid for the order while breakfast was going or I wouldn’t of been able to order it! So do your job, get the stuff needed and make it! Not tell me you have to substitute my order for lunch stuff, that’s not what I ordered!! Either McDonald’s needs to do better on their app or they need their staff to do better!!! Complete bull!!!
