I ordered mobile service and that was the most polite guy manning the first window. He said hello, verified my ordered, gave me my receipt and told me to have a “Bless day” and he had a smile. That type of customer service is the best. Also I got my food quick and they even place my drink in the little paper cup holder for convenience and i didn’t even have to ask for straws. It was automatically given. My fries are hot and delicious and my Coke Zero taste good and very carbonated. This was the fastest drive through completed in a polite way. Great customer service!

Drive thru was quick service which was nice. The young man who took our order around 2:30 was very kind and respectful. Food was fresh and put together well.
However, why is it that even following all the flack they got for their ice cream machine it’s STILL DOWN ALL THE TIME?!
They may as well take all of their shakes, sundae and mcflurry options off of the menu at this point.

This morning I ordered on the mobile app at 10:08 am once getting to the location at 10:25 am I was asked for the code then was told they didn’t have my order it was now 10:28am so I went to just replace my order I was told it was now too late and I should have put my order in no later then 9:30am the staff and manager on duty where so rude about the whole thing then placed a lunch order because they said it was too late for breakfast went to the drive thru payed in cash and went to the next windows they handed me 2 sweet tea and told me to have a good day when I told them my order again they said they didn’t see my order so I had to sit and explain it again and wait 45 mins just for my food . I am extremely disappointed in this McDonald’s and there staff for the experience I had i didn’t even want to give any stars

This place was horrible, had to wait over 20min for food and it seemed really old and the meat was tasteless we got a 2 cheeseburger meal and a big Mac meal and couldn’t even finish them. And my big Mac was even missing the mac sauce and pickles. Employee was rude and after looking around restaurant was very dirty. Skip this location.

I don’t even know where to begin. I attempted to order through the app for curbside pick up Not a single thing about my order was correct. The service was impressively slow. A person came to the car four times to ask what we had ordered. They attempted to bring me the wrong meal two times. What I eventually thought was the correct meal, was not. The food is cold and the fries are soggy. The entire experience took over 30 minutes. I know not to expect crazy fast service anymore from McDonald’s. But this was amazing.
I don’t know if management even reads these or cares, but something has to be done. I will no longer be going to this McDonald’s.

This was probably the most ” worrisome ” mcdonalds I’ve ever been in, the fact that every employee was wearing a ” safety ” vest , was concerning , exactly how many times has OSHA been here & hammered them with fines & the fact that accidents are a regular occurrence , I thought I was at a construction job site & not a restaurant…

This was absolutely the worst mcdonald’s i’ve ever been to. It literally took thirty minutes from the time I walked inside, ordered and got my food and walked out. I guarantee you if you’re one of the friends or family of the workers there. You can get your food much faster. But when you’re from out of town, and nobody behind the counter knows you they make you wait forever, everybody else gets served first.
