The food was incredibly delicious, and the service was excellent. The staff were very friendly and professional. The waiter Bane gave us a lot of extra information about the city and the surroundings. The food was so tasty, and we would definitely come back. This was, by far, the best meal we’ve had in the five days we’ve spent in Malta. The best experience yet!

What an absolute gem. We checked nearby ratings, looking for a quality lunch spot and found this restaurant with lots of 5* ratings. We were not disappointed. The quality of the food, service and wine is excellent. The pasta, beautifully cooked, the steak was incredible. I highly recommend Beati Paolo for high quality Italian food. Delicious!! (Price per person with wine was €55, very reasonable).

Amazing food at Beati Paoli. The pasta with truffles was absolutely delicious — perfectly cooked and full of deep, rich flavor. The cheese and ham appetizer was fresh, high quality, and a great way to start the meal. Everything was spot on. Highly recommended!

This has been one of our favorite meals during our trip to Italy and Malta. We had welcoming and interactive service in an upscale yet relaxing environment. Bena was our main server and he was so friendly and relatable. The food was also fantastic – I had the ribeye steak and my husband had a daily special (ravioli with prawns). The desserts were amazing. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will definitely return.

We walked by and were stopped in our tracks by the aroma pouring out! We read the menu and could not go past. Understand—we were NOT looking for food! . But we could not resist. Opening the door was a lovely surprise! It is a quaint little restaurant with a few tables on street level and a few down the stairs in this beautiful arched dining room. I had the best pasta of our trip—better than any we had in Rome. And the fish, which was chosen from a platter of today’s catches, was perfectly prepared. Even the vegetables on the side were notably delicious. What a fortuitous find!! Thank you to our great and professional server and the chefs! You will love it!

Great restaurant in Valletta! One of the best meals I’ve had in Malta! The restaurant was very accommodating, it was a busy Friday evening and we called just couple of hours in advance hoping there would be a table, and the staff really tried and find us a slot for our required time.
I like how the restaurant will bring and show you all their fresh seafood of the day and you know exactly what you’re getting. We sat just next to the kitchen so it was added bonus seeing our food being cooked. I had the fish of the day with pasta and it was brilliant! The fish was really fresh and the pasta was cooked to perfection!
Restaurant atmosphere was really nice and I like the stone walls feel.
