I feel the quality has gone down hill. First, you no longer get dipping sauces with your wings. I was told it is because they lowered the price of the wings so now you pay for the sauces/celery. This makes them the same price. They always seem over cooked and they are super small. The last few times I have shown up for my order 5 minutes late to make sure my order is ready and it is still not ready. Although it was this time. I typically like the atmosphere when I do dine in and service is typically okay.

The food is astonishing. Always good. The service is the exact opposite. Every time we know the severs will basically ignore us. Still go. The food is worth. Just dont expect drink refills.

First visit to a Buffalo Wild Wings. Server, Mia , was great, pleasant & helpful. She recommended the Pretzel Knots with beer cheese. Best beer cheese I’ve ever had, thinner than most. Hubby ordered the Beef Beer Cheese Cheesesteak, he said it was really good. My Triple Bacon Burger was awesome, so much thick sliced bacon. We had to take half of our sandwiches to go. We will definately be back on a future trip from Missouri to Wisconsin.

Great service! Food was terrible. Barely any cheese on my fries, mozzarella sticks were cold, etc. Not a good experience this time. Cauliflower wings were good, and granddaughter liked her burger . It was an OFF day for the cook. Usually the BOMB ! Will return to stuff me belly

The food is good and warm, and I like the gold fire sauce. The price is fair, but the wait for takeout can be longer or shorter. Overall, 4 stars. I would come here again

This location has really done a 180 since we last visited. Service is much better and food was hot when served.

Pros: Server was great; attentive & knowledgeable.
Food comes out “hot and ready” which means it doesn’t all come out at once. We ordered the kids food with the appetizers/drinks so there was no question they would be served first.

Cons: Appetizer and side items seem to have considerably shrunk in size. The fried pickles are not worth ordering at $10 we got only a handful of pickle chips.
Wings are not large in size and you order by number not weight.

Went to dinner while in town for an Iowa football game. Our server was extremely friendly. Loved being able to watch all the different football and baseball games. Food was good, nothing great but everyone enjoyed their food and drinks.

Typically very loud (TV), food is ok but not the greatest, and seating is uncomfortable. Menu is simplistic – works for a quick bite.

We used to like BWW but we may not go there anymore, it’s become kind of a rip off. A “large” order of O rings used to be twice the amount, wings are now $1.42 each, but the most annoying is (and I know this seems petty) the free sauces they give you are tiny! (and they’re ~$0.75 each for extra) Does this look like enough to go with the quantity of wings/rings? When you get home with your takeout and realize you don’t have an appropriate ratio of sauce too entree it’s pretty disappointing. Is this an attempt to recoup profits via extra sauce sales? Super lame, I’d expect more for the amount of money I spent. I guess the up side is that they actually placed all of the right items in the bag, the last few times we ordered from there they always forgot at least one item. I doubt we will order from there again.

Joey absolutely crushed it today when my wife and I came in for lunch. He was very attentive, accommodating, and a very nice guy. It was an added bonus that the food was good, too.
