I went this morning 12/22 to get some food after work, and i repeated my order more than once and the girl taking my order kept saying “huh” and after she finally got it after the 3rd time and REPEATED it back to me it was right just for it to be given wrong, the sandwiches were made wrong and my fries were not curly fries like i ordered and as it was on the receipt but regular fries. the burrito had sauce when i asked for no sauce. waited 25 minutes for our order to be wrong and just for the cashier lady Tanya not to give us ranch like we asked at the window.

Jack-in-the-Box is always good I love coming and getting the large iced mocha drinks and their breakfast platters and sandwiches are delicious. I don’t think you can go wrong with Jack-in-the-Box at all. They also have some of the best tacos for a fast food restaurant.

Got great service in this location during evening shift since I started going in a couple weeks ago. Today I was sold a bent soda cup for $3.69 and when I went to get my drink the dining room machine was broke. So I ask why the clerk would do that and she raised her voice to say she told me it didn’t work. When I repeated back to her what she said to me some other employee in street clothes started in so I had to deal with the sisterhood of crappy employees arguing with me, when asked for a refund the clerk just walked away. The whole exchange was the teenage clerk thinking she’s cute. 2 bad employees to ruin a whole business. I’ve contacted corporate over this and I’m going to follow up. If you don’t want to work, don’t. Don’t go to work just to screw people around.

This location is horrible. The two times I have been here it has been pretty bad. The first time I came I paid for a double bacon smash burger and they gave me a single plain value burger. The second time I came I got an Oreo shake and it tasted like grease some how.. tasted like I was licking a dirty pan. Won’t be coming back to this location.
