I placed a drive-thru pickup order through the app for convenience, but the experience was very frustrating from start to finish. When I arrived and checked in at the speaker, it took several minutes for anyone to respond. I was then asked to pull forward and repeat my name again at the window.

At that point, I was told they were out of the bread for my sandwich and that it had not been made. I was asked to choose a substitute bread, which I did. I also asked about a cookie that the app had marked as sold out after charging me, and they confirmed they actually had it available. I then waited about 10 minutes while my order was remade.

When I received the bag, I checked and found the salad was incorrect. I went inside to resolve it, and they did provide the correct salad. However, when I got home, I discovered the sandwich was also wrong. I ordered a half turkey and cheddar, but received a tuna sandwich with tomatoes instead.

This is not the first time this location has made mistakes with my orders or provided poor service. I’m especially disappointed because ordering through the app should reduce errors, not increase them. I was also not given a receipt, which makes requesting a refund more difficult.

Based on multiple bad experiences, I would not recommend this location and will not be returning.

I am definitely not one who believes the customer is always right. I do, however, believe in setting reasonable expectations in a professional and polite way visiting this location today I can honestly appreciate and respect the general manager and how she redirected a concern I had and set proper expectations for my visits moving forward, but also accommodated me reasonably so that I was satisfying with my meal. I walked into the location after ordering online because I was unhappy with the portion size that I received by my perception. It was less than what I have received previously I entered the store. Location waited my turn in line And politely asked Zoe if my salad was portioned properly she professionally and politely advise me that my salad was portioned reasonably, but a little under what the normal portion was she comprehensively explained to me that she is properly training her team to portion their food properly and explain that previously Things were not portioned the same for every experience. She quickly made my salad, but took the time out to explain to me step-by-step what to expect moving forward again. This is not a complaint. This is a kudos, especially to Zoe‘s leadership. I sincerely appreciate her setting reasonable expectations for what I am getting when I order from her location moving forward And I will be ordering from her location moving forward now knowing exactly what I should be getting every time thank you Zoe for your courteous approach and your professionalism. This is customer service to where it is mutually beneficial for the customer and the business. This is how it should be done. Zoe in my opinion is leading the way.

It was me and my wife’s first time at Panera and everything was excellent. Though we got there near the end of the service time, we received great service and even greater food. The atmosphere was very comfy and beautifully decorated, not to mention spacious as we were one of the few eating in. Hopefully we can have another date there again soon.

I was heading to Pensacola for a road trip and stopped for a quick snack. Somehow, “quick” turned into a nearly 15-minute wait. The food tasted fine at least. When I looked inside, there was absolutely no one in the kitchen. Normally it takes about two minutes—hopefully next time it actually does.

Went through the Drive-through to place our order. First and foremost our order felt rushed. After placing the first sandwich, the lady was telling us our total even though we still had not finished. We mentioned that we had one more sandwich order, and the lady on the intercom immediately sighed so loud as if she was annoyed at us. We only had two orders! But because of that we drove off and will find another Panera to go to. Very disappointed.

This location I’ve had a few issues with starting with the roach in my fuji apple salad or more recently being given tomato soup instead of the chicken noodle I ordered. No one asked if I wanted a replacement or let me know they were out of chicken noodle soup, just completely replaced it with something I’m allergic to.

Review of Panera Bread – Visit on November 7 at 8:45 PM
I had a deeply disappointing experience at this Panera Bread location. I arrived at 8:45 PM, well before closing time, and placed my order with the cashier at 8:52 PM. Everything seemed routine until I was abruptly informed that my food couldn’t be prepared because the soup I ordered was no longer in stock.
When I brought this to the attention of the front counter staff, he appeared genuinely surprised and went to check on the situation. What followed was even more upsetting—one of the kitchen staff laughed while discussing my order, showing a complete lack of professionalism and respect.
I then asked to speak with the manager, hoping for resolution. Unfortunately, she seemed overwhelmed and unsure of how to handle the situation. Her demeanor reflected poor leadership and an inability to manage her team effectively. When I mentioned I would be contacting corporate headquarters, she responded with indifference, saying, “I don’t care.”
This experience was unacceptable from start to finish. The lack of communication, disrespectful behavior, and absence of accountability left me with no desire to return. I strongly urge Panera Bread to reevaluate its closing procedures, staff training, and customer service standards. I will not be dining here again.

One of the best home delivery meals I have had. Teriyaki Chicken bowl and Chicken Noodle Soup from Panera Bread was delicious. Highly recommend it. One issue was the incorrect soup. It was supposed to be Thai soup. Suggest you make sure you double check the order to confirm.

Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt is delicious! And of course the broccoli and cheese soup is always good. Staff was very friendly, even the guy who was cleaning tables.

Update 8/30/22
Excellent customer service. Last time we came for lunch we added a cookie with our meals. I didn’t realize until later that day that they’d charged me full price for the cookie when it’s supposed to be 99¢ to add it to your meal. We told them about it this time and they apologized and made it right by giving us 2 cookies for free and not charging us for our drink.

I got the chipotle chicken avocado melt again. It wasn’t as good today. The chicken was dry and there was very little chicken and I don’t think they put any chipotle sauce on it. The broccoli and cheese soup and chocolate chip cookie were very good.

Update 05/22/23
I got my usual today and everything was very good. The food came out quick and it was hot and fresh. The only thing I was disappointed about was they don’t do the 99¢ cookie when you add it to your combo anymore. Now it’s half price. When you’re already paying $40 for lunch for 2 people every little bit adds up.

I went to lunch earlier and unfortunately, I found my sandwich to be unsatisfactory. The bread was largely tough and chewy, with only the middle portion being soft. Additionally, the lettuce was wilted and there was an excessive amount of mustard. Also, the bread that accompanied my friend’s soup was quite hard, almost resembling a brick. It could easily be used for construction purposes. I give the food 0 stars☹️
