Just pulled over in the parking lot after getting my food because I HAD to give praise to the staff. From the funny, yet professional intro on the intercom while I was looking at the menu, to the quick service , (so quick that I almost didn’t believe I’d already gotten my food..) this is THE taco bell to go to!! Nothing but praise to the staff for making a 1 minute interaction into a loyal customer from here on out. Take out was fast and easy few months ago but recently you have waitvalmost 20 to 30 mins to get your order. It amy be due to new software update. This location have gteat service but waiting in drive thru line for 30mins is not idea.

This is the best Taco Bell food I’ve ever had in my entire life. I came all the way from Chesapeake Virginia just to come to this Taco Bell. Honestly, I don’t understand how this Taco Bell tastes better than all the other Taco bells that I’ve ever been to. Mechanicsville Taco Bell is the real MVP.

After several problems in the past, and a few posted reviews, this location has really started to show turn around, multiple orders have been made and portioned great, and neat.
