Picked up my mobile order in the drive thru. Not only were they quick bringing the food (I had ordered 4-5 mins before getting there), but the fries and DQP were piping hot. So good!

Largest dining room out of any McD I’ve been in. Nice, calming 70s music was playing, too. Food was brought to the table promptly and was correct. 2 ordering kiosks available, with a mobile order pickup shelf awkwardly between them. Many of the tables were dirty, and hadn’t been wiped down in a while. Overall good- I’ll be back.

Overall a disappointing stop on our way to Wrentham mall. We dined in and chose table service but no such thing offered here and we were called up the counter. Beverage machine not working? Warm soda flowing out (which was really bad tbh). At least the tables were clean.

This McDonald’s is my favorite….the workers are friendly, the food is HOT, the restrooms are neat and clean and they serve very fast…..you will definitely have a good experience here. Also there is alot of parking….

I actually had a somewhat positive experience for this being MCDONALDS. You really can’t expect gourmet food from a fast food place. The customer service here was kind and was gracious when giving items. The chicken sandwich was pretty standard and I was happy with what was given.

Love Norwood Mcds great employees and personality. All the employees work very hard to make you feel comfortable and to enjoy quality food.Johanna Supervisor Outstanding and Lucy as well. Atmosphere is great very clean restaurant as well as the Men restroom. Highly Recommend keep up the great work. Ill definitely be returning customer. Ive been going to this Mcds for many yrs. My Favorite Mcds managers and staff always very happy and smiling all the time. Great vibe all the very best wish all businesses are like this. It seems like they all really enjoy their job.

Food is like average McDonalds. Usually there is not much waiting time to get a burger here. Recent facility renovation does help to make it look brighter and cleaner inside. Convenient location and ample parking spaces are plus.
