Tried to order through drive thru and it was AI. We tried to go in and the door is locked. The food is not worth dealing with a robot that doesn’t understand half of what a human understands. Taco johns did this so they didnt have to pay people to man the drive thru. Less jobs and more mistakes. Awful choice. Never going here again

Bryan the store manager just got off the phone with….he refused to explain where the roach came from or refuse to replace my food. Already query with the health deparent and corporate……he said that it’s old news about my loss and the food. I should have said something before leaving the restaurant…….believe me the food here sucks. And this out a very BAD taste in my mouth. NEVER again!!!!! This isent fair at all

I went to go get some food for my girlfriend so I walked there because it was not far and the doors where locked no problem they asked me to come through the drive through on the intercom and I ordered outside the staff was super amazing and inviting I understand that there are rules and regulations for closing the lobby at a certain time so it was amazing that they still let me order food was made fresh and tasted amazing the staff were well mannered the whole experience was amazing the facility looked clean no complaints at all and taco johns is better than taco bell all day I highly recommend you go here.
