I stopped in today and they were clearly short staffed, but you honestly couldn’t tell by the way they handled it. Every single person in there was busting their butt and still managed to be kind, patient, and on top of everything. The food came out hot and exactly right, and the service was great even with the pressure they were under. You could tell they were working as a team and not complaining once. I really appreciated the effort and the positive attitude. They definitely deserve recognition for how hard they worked today. I had driven here to order take out in person and waited 20 minutes in line trying to at least get my order in before rain hit and was turned away from placing an order inside even after explaining that the online ordering
system wasn’t working for me. Even showed them and still got turned away. Literally wasted almost 40 minutes of my time including traveling here.

Every time I order out from this location they always forget something today they forgot chocolate chips on waffle and side of of sausage gravy. Why do I pay for these things and don’t get them, plus the order was “ready” when I got there but of course when I get home it’s missing items. I’m done this is not the first time this has happened, I shouldn’t have to check to see if everything is in the bag, they should be able to do their job without that happening.

This is the best waffle house that I have found in Cincinnati. The staff are courteous and prompt. The eggs are always perfectly cooked. The weight staff keeps everything in the serving area clean. These people are so friendly and they make me happy!

The old manager girl is so rude while dining I heard her be snappy to a younger boy i think a customer?!?! and then snap at an employee its super unprofessional to yell at staff while customers can hear. It also smelled like weed in the restaurant which i get its a waffle house but it reaked! The manager seemed abusive to staff and this is not the first time iv had that experience while dining

Horrible service. My husband walked in to place an order and they told him they no longer take walk ins and had to order online. When he finally placed his order and paid he sat waiting for another 30 minutes waiting. When he went up to ask if the order was ready the lady had a terrible attitude. He came home and the eggs was literally raw, as if they put them on the burner for a few seconds. NEVER AGAIN!!! Get new management or close them down.

My wife and I had breakfast here this morning and it was delicious and quick service and one of the very cleanest restaurants I’ve ever seen. The bathrooms are modern and very clean also. I had a great big breakfast and my wife had waffles and eggs and I had coffee and it was $18 Plus tip. All the items on the menu are good and hearty and hot. On the way home I told my wife I would like going back there to eat anytime.

When we entered the restaurant, no one greeted us stood there for 10 to 15 minutes looking at a table that needed to be cleared. We to go ask the manager if we could get that table, she then pointed to the server and said that’s her table and left us standing there very unprofessional

Waffle House is fine as long as you know what to expect going in. The food is consistent across the country. The hash browns are good, the burger just average. The workers at this waffle house were great.
