Absolute trash. Gave me old food and told me to have a good night. Won’t pick up phone. No receipt given. My double cheeseburger has hard cheese. The nuggets are so dry I can’t estimate how old they are.
I can handle food made wrong. But food that is not edible is worthless. No thanks This is the driest burger I’ve ever been served.

Came in the driveway Thursday ordered a fish filet meal and 2 double hamburgers. Drove off and checked bag no double burgers. Went back inside got the 2 double hamburgers and went home. Went to get the fish out of the bag and had a quarter pounder. Get it together ppl. Tried to call and of course no answer. Never again. Was really wanting that fish but was not going back for a 3rd time

I placed my order through the app. To pick up at the counter due to the size of my vehicle. When I arrived the doors were all locked and I couldn’t get my food. No one ever answers the phone. I had to go through the drive thru with haly of my vehicle on the curb. This is 30 minutes later. No one came to the window for a while they just stared at me like a deer in headlights. When I finally got my food it was cold and tasted old. The hash brown tasted like it was made the day before and was heavily saturated in grease. My breakfast sandwich was burnt and my coffee was watered down due to all the ice melting.
You should have a higher standard for your customers and try to deliver fresh food. This is beyond ridiculous.

Ordered to go at a kiosk. 3 hamburger happy meals and a McChicken. Burgers were cold and burnt, no ketchup or mustard. Mcchicken also had no condiments. Just a hunk of lukewarm chicken on the bun. It took 15 minutes to receive our food. They forgot our happy meal drinks, too.

I go here quite a bit on my lunch break, staff is usually quite rude, but the food is decent enough. Until today, when I had a date sticker inside of my snack wrap. Never again. How this made it out of the kitchen I have no clue.

Waited for 25 minutes in reserved spot #2 for my food then had to go inside and ask where my food was cause customers way after me were getting their food and I didn’t get mine so please fix that dam store before I ever return there.

15 minutes to get my food; 5 to even order (only person at counter) and 10 simply waiting as the ONLY person at counter…been to McD’s on 3 continents and Jackson’s are the worse…you don’t care, corporate doesn’t care but I’ll take my business elsewhere…. especially after the West Ave store refused to honor a coupon on their on receipt!

Ordered 13 cookies in the drive thru at 4:16, got those cookies at 4:46. Food now 30 minutes old and cold. I was never told multiple orders of cookies in front of mine and that it’d be a 30 minute wait. 3 cars entered in those 30 minutes. Terrible service and attitude from staff. Probably just forgot me in the waiting spot and didn’t want to take responsibility.

They need to hire more people and be more professional. Waited almost a half hour for the food and didn’t get 3 items I ordered. And the special orders were ALL wrong. Won’t be coming back here again.

I’m not a big McDonald’s fan, usually they can’t get your order right. There are a few locations that actually are decent and the staff friendly but most the locations in Jackson suck.
