these guys have always been great and how they prepare the food may be slow but the reason why is that they believe in ensuring great quality for everyone.
I had one order where it was just missing a couple nuggets, just a small problem, but then Ana who took my call took care of everything and even gave extra due to her own volition. She is a great person and even better managing the place!

As good as its gonna get for cheap fast food, they get the orders wrong plenty and sometimes they’re just so disrespectful with the food. One time they just threw my chicken sandwich in the bag like they didnt bother assembling. so always double check your bag before going home. Also they are SOOOO SLOWWWW at night, like if you come after 10 pm they serve like 1 car every 5 minutes. Your gonna spend 39 minutes minimum in the drive thru. Not sure why but its ONLY at night time

Online ordering was simple and is supposed to make it fast but when I arrived they haven’t even started it and made me wait in the parking lot. What’s the point of ordering a head of time if I’m doing the same thing that people come to order from here are getting faster service?? When I got home my daily double was not stopped all the way and all the lettuce and tomato was in the bag and my burger was not even wrapped like someone just grabbed paper and threw it in with the burger?! Wanted to eat peaceful we’re driving on scooters it was raining so we brought them in water was dripping a little on the floor the manager came and said that we have to leave we asked why but she didn’t gave us a reason then called the cops and we got banned from there without knowing what we do and then she said we were throwing water cups with water she also goes out to smoke and when she comes back dosent wash here hands and starts making food so DISGUSTING pls fire her

Joselyn helped us right now in the drive thru. She was so patient with me. I gave her a complicated order and felt bad because I was even confusing myself. She did such a great job and made sure we ordered everything we wanted. Joselyn needs to be recognized at the next pre shift meeting! Thank you Joselyn!

Bad customer service resulted in an extended wait time of over 45 minutes for two regular brew coffees and two apple pies. Upon approaching the manager, I was informed that the wait would continue for an additional 20 minutes. I subsequently requested a refund for the overpriced items.
This is not the first instance in which I have encountered such a situation. While the food quality is satisfactory, the restaurant’s service is consistently awful .

Used the drive thru on oct 4th 5pm. Got order in decent time. Asked the person everything in the bag. Get home and nuggets missing went back and at the window different person she was not friendly at all. Got missing items had them redo order cold by now.Terrible treibble service. Quality of food not good. I never submit reviews but that window person was not someone that should do that job.

I’ve been buying the same two sundaes for years, and they’ve always been filled close to the top. This time, both were only filled a little over halfway. I politely asked the drive-thru worker if that was correct, and she said yes. I didn’t argue with her because she was just following instructions. I called the location, and the woman on the phone told me they were ‘correcting’ the issue because sundaes had been overfilled in the past. So now, after decades, they suddenly decide to fix this? Even the app’s photo shows more than what I received. If overfilling was truly the issue, why not switch to smaller cups? This feels more like cutting corners than correcting anything.

What has happened to all the McDonald’s in the Tri? This particular drive thru frequently has long waits – last week 45 minutes! Try to go inside for some customer service and the staff ignores you hoping you’ll just use the order kiosk. Im done with them!
