The line for the drive-thru was ridiculously long, so I decided to go inside instead. The drive-thru drivers were aggressive, which was frustrating. The workers seemed overworked, and the food quality reflected it. The chicken nuggets were stringy and had a strange taste, but the fries were surprisingly good and crunchy. My favorite part was the natural lemonade—it’s always a hit!
What I didn’t appreciate was being charged $0.35 for a sauce. If the food is dry, you shouldn’t have to pay extra for something to make it edible. Overall, you get what you paid for $4.00 meals and customer service but definitely room for improvement.

I stopped going to Wendy’s a long time ago, when they eliminated the baked potato, but now I’m back. The hamburgers have really improved and their french fries now lean slightly country style. They’re good. They have a nice selection of salads. The only downside, the dining area was very cold to sit there and eat. I needed a winter coat.

Food made fresh 1130 pm. The food was brought to my car as I had an 11 item mobile. No biggie. Although I am sure corporate could do like an ETA system for mobile orders.

This is a remodeled site and it sets the bar for what fast food dining in should feel like in 2020’s

The manager at this restaurant is a Spanish gentleman with glasses. He’s a true gentleman! He honestly cares about his customers having good food and a good experience at his restaurant. He goes the extra step to make everyone happy. I eat here a few times a week, I’ve never seen this man angry. He’s always helping customers. No matter how busy or stressed he is!

Terrible place to shop. dirty shelves, rude associates, idiots run the place not knowing left from right half the time. Half empty shelves and Never any available registers. Don’t try to return anything the associates there won’t help you and treat you as if you’re a thief and they are gold . Just don’t bother go elsewhere. Middletown, napanoch and milford are better and worth a little drive. For a much better and friendlier experience with 9/10 of the products you are looking for available.
