I had the Double Western Cheeseburger, great sandwich. With fast food patties being so thin, springing for the double ensures you get a proper protein to bun ratio, and you can always eat it later if it gets too much. The sauce and toppings were just right. Fries were good, I would compare them to McDonalds. Service was very quick for me but I did see some people get their food in the parking lot, I guess it depends! The price on the sandwich I got was on the higher end for ff but I was satisfied with how substantial it was. Overall I’d say I’m more likely to choose Carl’s than some of the other offerings in Burlington/ MV

I come here a lot and order chicken tenders , this time they said pull forward which wasn’t a problem cause I figured fresh food. I got home , tired , starving. I bite into the chicken tenders and they’re hard , dry and not fresh. Tastes like they were sitting there all day in a heat lamp and I’m highly disappointed. Ordered a triple bacon burger master , no pickles, no onions , no tomatoes, extra mustard. It came with all of what I didn’t order. I spent $28 no receipt , nothing. I threw my food in the garbage and basically wasted my money. Not to mention I was charged for a triple burger and didn’t have the extra patty. If I place an order and you read it back correct how do I get my food all wrong. Those chicken tenders were disgusting, dry and tough. My partner specifically wanted that burger and said it had no flavor and had to take it apart and take off things he didn’t want. Now I’m going to bed hungry and highly irritated.

Stopped by with some friends today to try Carl’s Jr for the first time. Great quality burger, much better than most other fast food restaurants. Welcoming and friendly staff at the counter too. It was a bit expensive though, which is the only reason I’m not giving 5 stars. It was about $42 for three burgers, a couple drinks, and waffle fries.

My first Carl’s JR. was in Kent and it was fantastic so when Burlington got one I was excited. I went shortly after opening and was disappointed. This was my second and last time. There was only a couple people eating inside. It was clean for fast food joint. The drive thru was fairly consistent but not backed up.

I didn’t get the name of the girl that was working tonight when I came in, but she was so sweet! It was right before 11pm and she was working the window. Really friendly service and food was hot and fresh and they gave me a free cookie! I wish every fast food place was that friendly late at night.

Delicious burger. But you know when you serve a cold burger or old fries to your clients who are clearly on a roadtrip, banking on them not returning to complain. Don’t be the people in the world that sacrifice quality food and pride of work…. Give your customers what they pay for. If you are understaffed like half of American businesses these days, tell me, I will wait 5 minutes for quality, rather than the convenience of mediocre….

The flavor of the food from this particular visit at the Burlington location was honestly the best quality tasting “fast food” I’ve ever had and by far the best tasting Carl’s Jr Ive had, and my 15 year old daughter agrees with me.
