I usually go to this place in Marysville. It’s always good. Tonight I went to the Burlington store. No one inside waiting. I don’t think the drive thru had any. My burger must have been in the heat lamp for hours. When paying $16 for a meal I’d expect a fresh made, hot burger, hot fries. I won’t go there ever again. Do Better!!

I am super surprised that more people don’t dine at the place. Food is always fresh. The food that is suppose to be served hot is! —-what a concept. And their milk shakes are made of hard ice cream in a stainless steel blender.
I met a Manager of one down South and he told us all their foods are sourced locally—-Meat, Dairy, etc. He’s the one who told me about how they make their shakes.
The only other “Fast Food” burger joint I’ll go to that’s a chain is Burger Master.

I gave them a 3 for the menu board being very misleading. Who has small print on a fast food drive thru? Carl’s Jr does, it shows a burger and says combo then the price which tells me that burger in a combo is the displayed price except wait nope it’s the burger price says so in small print nobys can see. I guess the word combo is just a suggestion of what you should get with the 10.39 burger. There was 3 people in my vehicle and we all read it the same way. Whoever is in charge of advertisement should really try an honest approach I’m sure your making money on your current plan but not long term cause people like me (honest) people don’t appreciate being mislead, being switched up on them, we want what we thought we were agreeing to when we ordered not get knocked out with a total that is 20 bucks then you had planned just 10 seconds earlier. Not all of us have a endless supply of money especially this time of the year. I will not return to this restaurant until they change that aspect of their menu. I work to hard to get my money so I’m not willing to add $20 over fine print.

Fantastic Food! beautiful presentation, fresh food. I drove all the way from Lynden WA and was not disappointed fantastic Hamburger restaurant. The burger in the picture is the “Big Carl”.

Food can be super great from visit to visit, but it’s not consistent which is true of any fastfood joint. Their onion rings are seasoned well, and my last visit i tried their sourdough double, which was good, but I can’t repeat business consistently and I can’t give a good review to a restaurants that doesn’t have well posted operating signs and leaves their drive through lights on while closed. It’s a huge waste of time to see two open sign flashing and find no one is responding after the automated drive through welcomes you and literally asks you to try something. I find it very hard to believe that they have zero closing procedures and just abandon the property when it’s quitting times. Just turn off the damned open sign, it’s literally the easiest part of closing anything.

I had the Double Western Cheeseburger, great sandwich. With fast food patties being so thin, springing for the double ensures you get a proper protein to bun ratio, and you can always eat it later if it gets too much. The sauce and toppings were just right. Fries were good, I would compare them to McDonalds. Service was very quick for me but I did see some people get their food in the parking lot, I guess it depends! The price on the sandwich I got was on the higher end for ff but I was satisfied with how substantial it was. Overall I’d say I’m more likely to choose Carl’s than some of the other offerings in Burlington/ MV

I come here a lot and order chicken tenders , this time they said pull forward which wasn’t a problem cause I figured fresh food. I got home , tired , starving. I bite into the chicken tenders and they’re hard , dry and not fresh. Tastes like they were sitting there all day in a heat lamp and I’m highly disappointed. Ordered a triple bacon burger master , no pickles, no onions , no tomatoes, extra mustard. It came with all of what I didn’t order. I spent $28 no receipt , nothing. I threw my food in the garbage and basically wasted my money. Not to mention I was charged for a triple burger and didn’t have the extra patty. If I place an order and you read it back correct how do I get my food all wrong. Those chicken tenders were disgusting, dry and tough. My partner specifically wanted that burger and said it had no flavor and had to take it apart and take off things he didn’t want. Now I’m going to bed hungry and highly irritated.

i saw a burger with lettuce wrap. i decided to give it a try with some fried zucchini. it was soooooo good and juicy. the lettuce was fresh and crispy. it wasn’t at all as messy as i thought it was going to be. perfect amount of condiments. the fried zucchini also tasted so fresh, crispy and juicy, awesome!
