Never in my life have I visited a McDonald’s like this! The company must pay close attention to this place because it does not represent the company. As soon as we arrive from Miami Holidays, as usual in our family, we dressed this McDonald’s. When making the order the manager has said my god this order that we all heard, it sounded ugly but even worse when we received the food I asked him for 1 bbq sauce only 1 this gentleman has told me that it costs 59 cents that here it was like that and annoying, of course we put it to work because it was very comfortable. I don’t think this manager represents the company!

I ordered 2 mcchickens and large fries at 9:15. Its is now 9:45 and I am still waiting for my food. If I hadn’t paid already id drive off.
(Edited): I got my food at 9:50ish, the fries were somehow cold when I got them lmao, idk how and too top it off I saw them literally using 2 liter coke bottles for sodas(machine was probably down) and the lady didnt even use gloves to put ice, it literally rubbed all over her hands. I genuinely curious if I can get a justifiable answer, or any answer for this mess at all.

The young lady who took our orders was pleasant and efficient.
The bagal was not as good as other McDonald’s.
On a positive (if not a tad wasteful)note, they were extremely over generous with napkins, syrup, butter, sugar and cream.

Honestly not sure why all the reviews are so negative but personally I was having the worst day in recent years I could imagine but going to location made my night have some light. The sweet lady during the night shift at around 12am, sweetest soul every. I asked for my fries to be taken off because I didn’t have enough and she paid the difference for it. That showing of kindness is the type that really helps you out on a shitty day and this kind soul at the window really is a blessing for her kindness. will hold her and this location in kind. Also objectively the food was good, above average for McDonalds, but the service 11/10!

Worst mcdonalds ever!!!! This place is a dump masquerading as a McDonald’s, and the night manager is the final boss of incompetence.

Waiting 50 minutes for fast food is not a delay — it’s a social experiment. No communication. No apology. Just pure, unfiltered disrespect. AS PEOPLE IN THE DRIVE THRU GOT THERE FOOD THAT HAD JUST ARRIVED!!! The manager acted like customers were an inconvenience to his personal power trip, rolling attitude like it was part of the uniform.

Then came the part that still blows my mind: I left my phone inside, went back for it, and the manager refused to give it back. That’s not customer service — that’s unhinged behavior. I should not have to argue with a McDonald’s employee over my own property like I’m in some low-budget dystopian movie.

This wasn’t just bad service. It was hostile, embarrassing, and absurd. The kind of experience that makes you question how this place is even allowed to operate. If this is what happens at night, this location needs new management, new staff, and possibly an exorcism.

Do yourself a favor and drive literally anywhere else — even going hungry is a better experience than stepping foot into this circus.

Probably one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The nuggets had mould. When I went up and told the girl at the counter she said absolutely nothing, gestured for me to hand them other, threw them in the bin, then went off to the back to yell at her team. 5 mins later another girl came out and said “who’s the 4 piece nuggets for”, the first girl just pointed at me. 0 conversation in that entire time from her.

When I went back to sit down I could hear them arguing with another customer.

Some poor old lady was still waiting at the counter from when I first went up there to when I finished my food and was leaving.

Advice for the people that work there – Have some pride in your job. Even if the pay isn’t good, monetary incentives shouldn’t be the reason to be a decent human.

Advice for the owner – spend a little more cash and train up the personnel. There seems to be a toxic culture within the team and generally this stems from the top down! Also, open your eyes. You’ve had thousands of negative reviews and yet nothing seems to have improved. If you want to run your franchise to the ground keep doing nothing.

Hands down the most pathetic excuse for customer service I’ve ever experienced. We walked in with a fully trained service dog, and before we even had the chance to say a single word, the staff started yelling at us to ‘get the dog out.’

After we clearly explained that it was a service dog, they continued with the same disgusting attitude, proving they don’t understand the law, basic manners, or the concept of ‘customer service.’

It’s honestly embarrassing that a place representing a global brand is staffed with people who act like this — zero professionalism, zero awareness, and somehow even less respect.
If this is the best they can offer, the bar must be underground.

Absolutely the worst McDonalds experience I’ve ever received. Customer service is non existent. Have an allergy my order was incorrect, prior to completion I asked for it to be fixed. It was not. Had to purchase an $8 burger a second time just to fix the issue. Staff was moving about as fast as turtles there were 15 people waiting for their food inside.

Really depends on the time of day that you go here. Nighttime they are short staffed and struggle to get orders out in a timely manner. Morning orders are fast and served with a friendly smile.
