Went through the drive through, when I got my food I asked if everything was in there she said yes. I got home and my 10 piece chicken nuggets weren’t in there.. when I called the lady was rude (imagine that) and said it wasn’t her problem that they weren’t there in and that they were short staffed… actually it is your problem.
Pretty sad I looked at the previews before posting and its all bad reviews

So I had my birthday reward on the app, so I went to redeem it for a iced coffee, I get there and order it as usual and I clear as day asked for a Carmel iced cofeee, and she says “do you want iced coffee or REGULAR iced coffee” confused I ask for iced coffee and she says okay and rings me up for regular hot black coffee and I tell her “no I want a Carmel iced coffee” and she says okay and tells me too pull forward. I get to the window and she tells me that there was a problem with my order and a mistake so i wait 5 minutes and finally they tell me to pull forward. When I pull forward I get handed a plain hot black coffee so I tell them no I ordered a Carmel iced coffee and they wave me off and tell me to leave so I paid for a coffee that I didn’t want and it made me late to school. Most genuinely idiotic workers I have ever experienced in my life.

We waited over 50 minutes. Yes, they were busy, but our order has been pushed back 3 times, and it’s sad that I normally don’t get mad at this stuff, but over 50 minutes and are order being pushed back is upsetting and I was standing there no one asked m3 but a littleold lady 1 teenagers kept looking at me and asked someone else what they need and not me the a lady with a neck fan said its my fault in a indirect way thats my falt for not saying anything its my falt for picking mc Donald to get food. Then, a different time 2 months ago, my gf sat in the drive tho for an hour 30 min for 2 burgers, 2 fries, and chicken nuggets. Side note seen a teenager pick a chicken nuggets form the floor with no glove and didn’t wash his hands!

Basically they got everything wrong and created more work for themselves. When you ask for something plain it should be plain not have everything on it. Also had to pull ahead for whatever reason so they can keep their car couunter timer in the green

The people at both windows was very rude and I got my food was raw and greasy I called to speak with the manager and get told that they closed in 45 minutes and got hung up on. I normally don’t do reviews or ask for anything but a replacement this was wrong how they treated me from the beginning to the end of this situation. I won’t return here when I visit again!!

If waiting in the drive through for 25 minutes is “fast food” I would rather go sit down inside a diner. Last time I will try and make a quick stop when driving through oskaloosa.

Great Food and friendly service. The only complaint I have is that the LARGE fries have turned into a MEDIUM fries. It’s like they aren’t putting enough fries in to make it a large fries. Other than that it’s a GREAT place with hardworking employees and the place is pretty clean.

We ordered at the new kiosk and sat as it said to wait for our food. The food was delivered quickly with no glasses for our drinks. Jasmine told us we had to go ask for cups because they do not bring them to the table even though there is no mention of that on the kiosk. She did not offer to get them or anything. Also parking is terrible as you can’t pull out of your spot due to people jumping into the second drive thru lane just like the old store so there have been no improvements there.

Came just as lunch rush was over ordered my food with my daughter for a quick bite which was anything but quick! Had to have my daughter wait on my food as well as hers made it to Sigourney to take care of appointment and was just about heading back to osky when finally she was getting her order and mine.sit down restaurant has better service then this! I literally went to Sigourney dealt with stuff…then my daughter told me they basically told her it was her fault thT she waited that long! Only fault i see that was hers and mine is we choose McDonald’s won’t happen again choose service elsewhere they dont want or appreciate the business obviously!!

Worst McDonald’s, I’ve ever been to! The fries came out to the dining area cold, I asked for hot fries, and the manager yelled back to drop fresh fries. Not even 3 minutes later, they bring out another batch of the cold stale fries they sent before! They missed half of our order and then argued about it even though the receipt plainly showed what we ordered. After idk 5 minutes of the “manager” arguing, she finally says “oh yah it’s right there, seriously at the top of the receipt! Terrible customer service, dirty restaurant, and rude, lazy employees! This place needs to shut down!!
