Made the mistake of giving this place another try. They really do make “quality” stuff. The photos don’t do them justice.
I love Gyro and always had beef Gyro when I came to Arby’s. I ordered the same thing this time and was surprised when I took a bite. It tasted nothing like beef. The smell was completely different from usual. The whole thing was full of fat and tasted terrible with every bite, so I couldn’t eat it at all. It’s a shame because I’ve never had that happen to me at this store before.
It’s ok. I usually haven’t any issues with Arby’s. I always enjoy Arby’s food! This store is still a drive-through only. Also, we can not order inside the store either. This was my first visit to this location. The cashiers weren’t friendly at all. And I asked him that “Could you give me a napkin?” But inside the bag, there were no napkins at all. Also, we ordered the ” Mozzarella sticks “. They never asked us about a dipping sauce. But we asked him if we wanted a Marinara sauce. Also, there were no sauce packages in the bag. We couldn’t back to the drive-through line because already so crowded and we didn’t have a time at all. This was the first-time disappointing experience at the Arby’s. But I still love their food!
I liked Arby’s despite what the Internet tends to think about it. I love Curly Fries and I loved getting the Turkey Bacon Ranch sandwich. Tonight when I went and got food makes me want to completely rethink what I thought. I just can’t justify spending $13 on just my meal and then the sandwich have one strip of bacon and one slice of Turkey and I know it wasn’t an accident because my mother gets the same sandwich and it was the same with hers.
Not only did prices go up but they also made the drinks smaller and the size of the fry container smaller, but now just aren’t putting any meat on their sandwiches.
We spent a total of $28 and some change on our meal for two people and what you get now just isn’t worth the price.
I recently visited Arby’s and had the pleasure of being assisted by an exceptional employee. From the moment I ordered, he greeted me with a warm and friendly greeting, making me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. His positive energy was infectious, and it set a wonderful tone for my entire visit.
Throughout my time there, he was incredibly informative and helpful, taking the time to explain menu items and even offering some great recommendations based on my preferences. It’s rare to encounter someone who genuinely cares about the customer’s experience, but this employee certainly did. He was attentive, patient, and made sure that every aspect of my order was perfect.
He was truly the delight of my visit to Arby’s, and I believe he deserves recognition for his outstanding customer service. Employees like him are what make a business stand out, and I hope he receives some kind of reward for his dedication and hard work. Thank you for making my visit so enjoyable—I will definitely be returning soon!
