Awesome BBQ spot for lunch! The portions are huge, the food is packed with flavor, and there are plenty of great lunch options to choose from. The atmosphere is super casual and relaxed—perfect for a laid-back meal. Highly recommend taking a break from hiking in Zion and trying this place out for lunch! There are both indoor and outdoor seating options.

A great place to get some great food close to Zion National Park! Just a quick 10 minute walk from the park entrance, the Hangry Goat serves a variety of tasty dishes including pulled pork/brisket sandwiches and bowls. It features clean and comfortable outdoor seating with a lovely view of the mountains. Overall great place for a good bite to eat!

Was recommended this place by a young couple we met on one of the trails. Absolutely amazing place for lunch. I ordered the Brisket Protein Bowl and my wife had the pulled chicken sandwich. Both were delicious. We liked the food so much we ordered bowls to-go for dinner. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to grab lunch while visiting Zion.

What a neat place! We had a gaggle of littles who were famished after a full morning of exploring and we needed food Pronto. This place had the perfect name and perfect proportions! For a decent price too. Even the picky eaters left satisfied! Cured the hangry poppa and made this momma happy! 😉

Laid back, very relaxing after school hike. The two employees in here were very friendly and helpful with the menu. The BBQ sauce is great! I was too chicken to try hot. But I has my sandwich Kansas City Style, a little kick. We also had the dill potatoes salad and mac & cheese. Both were delicious and kid approved! Thank you!

We came here for the first time. I had the barbecue pulled pork sandwich and my significant other had the brisket bowl. We ordered the mac & cheese, and the pasta was very soggy and overcooked. But it definitely has potential since the cheese sauce, taste decent. The Brisket had good flavor, but the meat was cold. The pulled pork was good also but they only put barbecue sauce on the top bun and did not mix it in the meat. That would’ve made it taste even better. We both had the Kansas City barbecue sauce. Is very good a little sweet with a little spicy flavor. I would come back for the BBQ pork sandwich and order it differently, but the brisket bowl was not worth the price, it was a small bowl for $15.99. The small portion of overcooked mac & cheese was an extra $4. The views were amazing, but the seating is limited and not very cozy.

Overall, I personally really liked the location, gorgeous views, and ability to sit outdoors. Service was great and super quick.

We stopped here for dinner on our ten day roadtrip. I loved the pulled pork protein bowl! Soooo good. Lots of flavor.

My sister was not the biggest fan of her order, a bbq chicken sandwich and tri tip brisket. She said the bbq chicken was runny and the portions were small. I would have to agree. It’s $4 for a tiny cup of Mac and cheese. So it was rather expensive to feed 7 people.

I included photos for reference of the small portion size. This was disappointing but overall, we enjoyed the stop and food, just wish it would have been a little bit more! Again, service was great!!

Great stop. Service was fast, food was good and did the trick. It’s not smokehouse-level BBQ but it’s good and quick. The pavilion seating is really nice when the weather is good. Great views. Parking is free for 40min or less.
