Watched an employee thoroughly wash his hands before returning to work.
Man taking our order was professional and friendly; he was very polite and service was quick.
We noticed the same employee who thoroughly washed his hands checking in on other customers to see how their meal experience had been.
Soft drink machine in lobby was out of order, but employees were quick to help out.
Employees were friendly and engaging with customers. It was by far the next Hardee’s experience in many years. Well done!

Overall we like this Hardee’s. We probably go once every week or 2 for breakfast. The food is usually good, the staff are very friendly and we don’t usually have to wait too long. I wish they would fix the customer drink machines so we could more easily get refills. But I would recommend them for breakfast.

I have seen many hardees locations. Life long customer. Todays visit was drive thru and two weeks ago was in lobby. Quick, clean, kind and the food was what I expected. Warm and good like the people. Two different visits two different times consistent. District, and store management should be proud. Thank You!

The shift manager “Terrence” was the friendliest associate I’ve ever come across at a dine in restaurant. His energy as well support of his team was top notch. I sat and listened to him greet everyone with enthusiasm as well he complimented his worker on performance numerous times during my visit! Went thru drive thru, order 1 meal and 2 kids meals. Fries were thrown in bag without individual fry holder. They gave the main burger to someone behind us so they could go and had us wait longer, and then forgot the main hurger when they brought it. Had to go back and ask for another. The service was very poor. And no receipt.

Employees are nice but the food is lukewarm 80% of the time. This Nashville Hot chicken sandwich only got a patty as big as my thumb, literally only covering half the bun bro. It was very tough to chew. Not angry just disappointed.
