I went to this location on February 25. I encountered a worker that worked there. His name was Steven. He is the Gms son. He was very rude and abrasive to the customer. He was on the phone the whole time talking loud and cursing. He also was talking about punching customers in the mouth. This restaurant has no since of urgency in no way. I tell u that place need a new staff. One the cares about the customers. It is sad u spend ur money just to b treated like that.

My friends and I made one order ordering ahead of time INTENTIONALLY 15 minutes before we actually needed it. The food was ready 20 minutes later and we were in a big rush. chicken was good but i never got a chance to taste the fries bc THEY LEFT IT OUT….and they forgot one tender. chicken was pretty good and decently warm. soda machine was totally out of ice. service was horrible and slow. the bread was good and servers were inviting. the customer we met was pleasant. beware

The food was fresh and hot rt out the grease. But the customer service was subpar. It was lunch time and they only had 3 worker’s.some people were waiting up to 30 minutes inside and on the drive through.

It’s just 2pcs with a fries… and it’s not even busy… only 2 customer in front of me.
The health inspection score 92 but I I am not trusting that…

horrible service, long wait, the employees make every request seem like an inconvenience when ordering (this has happened on multiple occasions). items missing in order. on one occasion we witnessed a supervisor and cook get into a verbal altercation resulting in the cook throwing a whole tray of biscuits on the ground. and did i mention a long wait for COLD food??? don’t waste your time or money at this establishment. thangya.

I got the 5 piece tender meal with an arnold palmer, coleslaw, signature spicy sauce and ranch. I usually choose Zaxbys or Caines for tenders but was pleasantly surprised my first time at Church’s Chicken. The staff were proffesional and polite, the food came out in a timely manner, was fresh, and it was delicious.

This has to be one of the worst experiences I have had with fast food ever. I already knew it was gonna be trouble when I saw the lobby had a lot of people. I had an order that was estimated to be ready at 7:30. I walk in at 7:40 to a confused young man staring at order boards, a dude with red haired that seemed to be the manager barely giving direction, and another guy that seems to be slightly inebriated though I don’t think he was. He was the cook and instead of cooking food for what I later found out was supposed to be somewhere around 70 to 90 pieces of chicken going out to all the people there including cars parked outside with people waiting, he was conversing with 5 ladies in the lobby that he seems to know. In fact it seems the red haired guy also knew them and also stopped for conversation as well. Conversation consisted of multiple confirmations on who ordered what since the employees somehow didn’t already have the orders on screen, family issues, talk of fights and threats, and more. This is just the first 15 minutes of waiting for my already late order of which I’m told chicken would be up in ten minutes. Somehow I ended up waiting almost an hour to finally get my food only to find out they didn’t have spicy chicken or sweet tea and top that off with over the time I was waiting hearing the red head threatening violence against customers, consistently having some attitude, and finishing the time with giving a speech about how customers shouldn’t be buying churches chicken and how he would never waste his money on that and that customers are lazy for not cooking dinner for their families. Never going back to this restaurant and if you read all this save yourself sometime and don’t go either.

Each time I have ordered over 30 minutes ahead of time on the Chuch’s App and each time they have not had my order ready, and they were out of the common side items. The food is tasty but the service is horrible.
I order well ahead of time using the App so I won’t have to wait 15 minutes after I arrive to pick up my order. Instead, like a sucker, I end up waiting behind everyone who did not order ahead. Why provide an App if you’re not going to do your job and have the food ready for those who ordered 30+ minutes earlier?
If you screw up and overlook an App order placed 30 minutes before arrival, at least offer something extra as a gesture of goodwill, to show you care about customer service.

I usually don’t write reviews but this place is beyond disappointing. First off let me say that nothing is never available far as the side dishes there’s always excuses as to why it’s not available I been coming here on different occasions just to see if things will be different. The place is dirty the customer service is horrible my chicken was burnt they forgot my 6 biscuits no care in the world the food was disgusting. I will never come back here please be aware of this place. I don’t understand how their passing the Health inspection. Please close this place down asap
