I’ve been having five guys burgers since the first store opened back in 1996 in Virginia. This is another one of their locations and it’s 2025 and they are still great burgers. The places still stand true to their original in the flavors are still exactly the same great burgers and fries simple and delicious.

All good. Except their soda machines lack variety as they have the old machine. No Dr Pepper. Otherwise everything is good. Plenty of parking, quick service; food is always good. They also have the combo option that the hq is testing – little burger, little fries, regular drink for $12.99.

Good burgers. Not great, but they’ll fill you up and do taste good. Its a smashburger. They come as a double so order a little if you just want one patty. You can add about anything to your burger as part of the order. The fry servings are huge. A little order of fries is good for 3 people so it’s tough to eat here alone. The location was interesting. I’m not sure if it used to be something else, but it looks like an old diner. Inside is clean and updated. Staff is uplifting, energetic and friendly.

A bit pricey for my budget but worth every ounce of meat in their burgers. I enjoyed that everything was fresh and cooked to perfection. I also had a milkshake and it was amazing. The wait staff was cordial and informative, and the food came out promptly. I cannot recommend it as a daily stop, but if you are craving for a tasty burger, this place certainly fits the bill.

Try the patty melt! It just has one patty but you can add all the condiments you like for free. My only complaints about five guys is that the burgers have gotten too expensive in 2025.

I had a great experience at the Five Guys in Alexandria! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there, and the positive energy made the visit even better. On top of that, the place was spotless — the dining area, drink station, and even the bathroom were all very clean and well-maintained. You can tell the team takes pride in keeping things tidy and providing great service. Of course, the food was exactly what you expect from Five Guys — fresh, hot, and delicious. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Great burgers and fries. Service was fast and friendly. Nice to see the fries come out perfect. There was a brief period where they would cut time to speed up getting out orders but impacted the crispiness. Came out perfect the last few times. Service team was very attentive and worked well together.
