I absolutely loved this place! The friendly staff was down home and welcoming. The Dad’s on Death Row burger was outstanding along with the fried mushrooms. It was fun eating on this old bus and everyone seemed to be happy and enjoying themselves.

I can’t wait to go back.

I’ve now eaten here twice and confidently say the Burger Bus has perfected their burgers and fries to an art form. We have tried 3 burgers including the Twisted Cali and the 1386, and had both the onion rings and fries. All were delicious and food was served quickly. The bus is fun novelty space to eat and located in a great area to enjoy the little town of Ball Ground as well. It’s a very casual, hopping place, and kid friendly, so appreciate it for that vibe. Don’t expect a quiet or private eating experience.

The unique experience of dining in what used to be a city of Atlanta cross-town bus (technically a trackless trolley) is the reason people come to the Burger Bus. But the menu selections and one of a kind offers make the meal a unique experience as well. Went with family, zero complaints. On a busy day there might be a wait but there is good reason people are willing to wait and you can always get the food to go and eat in their scenic outdoor dining area.

Such a fun spot! The Ball Ground Burger Bus has amazing burgers and crispy fries, plus the unique experience of eating inside a vintage bus. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, and the staff is friendly and quick. Definitely worth the stop if you’re in Ball Ground!

This was such a cool experience! We had a great waitress, very friendly and attentive. The burgers were great. Itsa burger bus and they serve burgers and dogs. Meals were priced well. Several deluxe burger options or build your own. We didn’t have to wait when we arrived for lunch, but leaving, there were probably 15-20 people waiting to be seated.

Such a unique and fun dining experience!

The dining room is unique, with an old bus transformed into a cozy and nostalgic dining space. The burgers were delicious—juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. We opted for the Golden Crown and the 1386 Classic Burgers with Fried Mushrooms and Fried Green Tomatoes.

The service was friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better.

A must-visit spot for anyone looking for a great burger in a unique setting!

This little place was super adorable. The bus was cute also, but we sat outside because the bus fills up quick. We also had our dog with us. It’s right next to the railroad track. Outside is a sitting area for the restaurant, but in front of the bus is extra sitting just not owned by the restaurant.

The burgers were good. Not the thickest patties. We both got sweet potato fries. That was the only disappointing thing. They were saturated in pepper. Personally I hate pepper and you could not taste the fries, just pepper. So my dog enjoyed them for me.
Beer select was great for my husband, a cider option would be nice.

Wonderful lunch with a wonderful staff. Stopped by for a Saturday lunch. 1832 burger and a fried green jacket burger. Yum yum. Fries were perfect. Sweet potato fries awesome also. Delicious. Definitely will return, or make a special trip. Worth a visit. Very friendly staff!

This is certainly a unique dining experience and worth a special trip. I believe the bus is from 1948 so this is a nostalgic fun event. The burger & side combos are creative and delicious.

Love this place. It will be at least a weekly place to eat. Everything was fantastic. The service was great. The food was even better. I had the dad’s on death row burger with fried green tomatoes. My wife had a build your own and tater tots. We shared an order of chili cheese fries. We’ve been looking for years to find a place that had chili cheese fries like the place in our hometown that shut down years ago, and these were the closest we ever came across. Loved the bus atmosphere. The have a burger now with fried Avocado, pepper jack cheese and cilantro. It was really good.
