I wish I could give 0 stars… This has to be the worst McDonalds ever. Ordered a 40 piece with two large fries and 4 dble cheeseburgers. Had small crowds of kids to feed. The nuggets were almost raw. Like gummy or something. Wasted money on inedible food. Been trying to call and make a complaint and no one answers. I see why the ratings here are so low.

I waited at the drive thru for 35 mins while they only took orders from one side. After my order I waited another 12 mins to get to the window. Once at the window I had two people ask me what my order was. I waited another 10 mins while I heard the workers laughing and joking. When I got my food they gave me the wrong drink, the wrong sauce and hard stale fries. In addition, they forgot to give me my second drink. In total I waited 50 mins and paid not to get what I ordered. Definitely not fast food and definitely not worth it.

You will wait a minimum of 30 minutes if you go inside. The drive thru is a joke. They don’t have enough staff and the ones they do have are rude. Management does nothing and to top it off the food is always either wrong, old, or missing. I’ll just drive to Spartanburg and save my money and frustration.

It gets worse with every visit! They always screw up the order or they are out of items. Ice cream machine is always “being cleaned”. And don’t dare try to nicely tell the staff they messed up your order. You will get a side of rude you didn’t ask for! The last visit, we ordered online. We still waited 30 mins after arriving 10 mins after placing the order!!! Unacceptable. They were not even that busy at that time. They failed to tell us the sauce we ordered on the sandwich was no longer available. When we asked for it she acted like we was to know they no longer have it (even though it was still available through the app). There were people just standing around but yet the dining area was filthy! Every table had something on it. We had to wipe on down our selves so we could eat.

This McDonald’s has so much potential, but it seems no one there really wants to work/they are not properly trained. Every time I go there my order is wrong, Either my food is cold/it’s completely not what I ordered. I wait 2-3 months in-between time going there, hoping the next time will be better, but it NEVER IS. I feel they should be trained in details, on how to make a McCafe. I love my Ice Mocha and I get it all the time. Going to this location, I always have to debate with the workers on how it’s not correct/how it should be made. The manager is always willing to correct their mistakes and to calm the worker down (the workers always get an attitude with me), I appreciate the Manager’s for that. My mocha always taste like espresso, , very nasty. If the employee’s put themselves in the customers shoes maybe they will deliver better service. I hate leaving bad reviews, but the workers attitudes and they way I have to double, sometimes triple check my order, lead me to speak up. It has to be a change. I believe I will not be returning, unless I’m extra hungry and has a strong taste for McDonald’s, other than that, I can’t see myself wasting my money.

Got a delivery order for me an three kids cost right at fifty dollars lol yea I’m cheap I don’t feel like McDonald’s for four should be 50 bucks but hey eggs are nearly $10 anyway I Love how fast they get the order to You but who in the hell put all tht on them tht cost bout $7 geeeez y’all need to learn how to season y’all’s food baby let’s do a lil better Micky Ds …taxin ppl like y’all do ….maybe a promo code for a discount could make up for those I will definitely say no salt next time

Service is slow, I have been to this McDonald’s store 5 times and time from order payment collected and food received has not been below a 15 minute wait. Very disappointing. Seems the staff don’t care either because even if you stand at the register area it takes 3-5 minutes for them to notice you there.

Store is consistently slow and they make up their own open/close times. Rude staff including some of the managers and just the level of poor customer service is unmatched.
