Drive thru is a long wait every time. No matter if you use the mobile app to order in advance, or ordering a simple meal you will always be asked to park and wait more than 5 usually ten mins for your food.

i waited 20 minutes for my food while being inside when i went to the counter everyone ignored me and walked away, they cared more about drive through then the people inside. i will never stop at this mcdonald’s again. i also got mcflurry and the never mixed in the ice cream with the oreos.

This is the worst mcdonalds that I’ve ever been to! They always forget something. Then you go inside and the manager gets mad and doesn’t want to help you. We’ve had a quarter pounder that wasn’t cooked. The guy who did it knew it, but sent it out anyway. We’ve had a burger with black stuff all over it. We take it back and they act dumb like they don’t know how it got there. We were handed a drink with a big hole down the side and the guy who handed it to us ran off because he knew there was a hole. This place is terrible! We started going to the one on walnut bottom rd and haven’t had any problems.

Went to the drive thru. Had to wait…and wait. Server finally came out with half of my order. I told her what she was missing, she came out again with the remainder but no drinks. In again, out again…missing one drink. I went inside to get it myself.
Inside there were a few people waiting for their food. I walked to the counter, ignored by cashier and another staff member. Finally flagged a guy down and within minutes had my final drink.
I get it people are busy- common courtesy goes a long way.

All the youngs kids in there must be slow. I pay 4 bucks for a medium fries and there is barley 20 fries in my carton. I bring it to thier attention had to oull my daughter out the car! And they throw it away and give me the same portion but even less. Valid crashout if i did. Utterly non

Ordered a bundle box drove home and they forgot the fries tried calling them to no answer cause who knows how to answer it anyways. Drove back in and explained to them they forgot my fries by now food is already cold asked them to remake the bundle box they just gave me the fries they forgot whick we’re already cold as well and was told to go home and heat up my food just overall sucks not the same as the old days were things were quick and the food was actually good

Besides stopping on lunch hour – we ordered & then was told our total. We said, you didn’t get our fries – we were then told “tell them at the 1st window”…. REALLY?
So then – we had to wait on our food & were there for 8 to 11 mins. (RIDICULOUS!) Our fish were almost TOO done – worst food we’ve ever had & terribly expensive. Won’t waste my money again…

Dont come here thats the best thing you could do honestly. They always mess up food, dont know how to give promotion items accordingly, act like its your fault they messed your order up, habe snotty attitudes at all times, they cant figure out how to properly start people that habe gone through the hiring process and again trest them like its there fault. Do yourself a favor and stay away, youll be grateful you did

Ordered online. Get to the window, they tell us to pull up to the last window to wait for our food. 3 people behind us ended up getting their food before us, we backed up to the window to pick up food there instead, worker tells us that the manager is at the next window with the food so we pull up to that window, the manager claims she had to wait for the fries to come out for fresh fries, the fries weren’t hot at all, the complete opposite, cold, the manager drops happy meal on the ground and says I’m sorry and then hands rest of food out the window then immediately walks away.
