Waited 20 mins on my work lunch break for a a burger. When I got the burger had a beard hair legit on the top of the bun. Asked manager he gave me my money back and was mad that i brought it in and tried to keep my quiet. Grossest place ive ever been too. Added the photo of the burger, I am a blonde male with no beard :). Gonna be calling the health dept for this absolutely disgusting.

The worst customer service my order was incomplete that I ordered through drive-through. They did not put in the bag the contents make me walk into the store with bags to make sure I was not stealing from them.

Service was great the young man working behind the counter was even so kind as to give me a complimentary milkshake because of them not having the Shamrock shake available even though it was stated as being available on the menu and I didn’t realize it until I looked at my debit card balance and realized he voided the transaction on his end that right there is a very kind gesture and not necessary yet it was a delightful treat and I am grateful for his kindness.

I went here to get a sausage Mc griddle.
When I opened up the bag to eat it, it was cold.
I drove back to the location, asked for a hot sandwich and what they gave me was another lukewarm sandwich.
The food you’re serving should be hot and if someone comes in to complain about how their food wasn’t hot, you should not give them food that is ALSO not hot.
If you care about good customer service and having hot food then don’t shop at this location

I DoorDash and when I walked in nobody greeted me and one employee said to the manager(Chet) that there was a customer he proceeded to ignore me and when I said excuse me and asked about picking up my DoorDash that was right behind him he again ignored me. When he finally was finished talking about baby pictures with another employee he handed the DoorDash to me. He ignored and dismissed me.

This McD location provides very below average food. I ordered Crispy Deluxe chicken sandwich and it was of the poorest quality. The bun was soggy, pretty weak and the chicken tasted old.

Would give zero stars if I could. Walked inside and saw a bag on the counter and assumed it was mine but I waited patiently to ask what the name was on the bag. 5 minutes goes past and I wasn’t even acknowledged for standing at the counter. Finally after someone seen I was there, she asked me what I needed and I said I was there to pick up “Named” order, she said it wasn’t ready and they were still working on it so I waited. 10 minutes pass and I asked how much longer… Turns out the bag that was on the counter was the bag “that wasn’t ready yet” so I waited 15 minutes for nothing and the food was already cold and nasty. Gotta love no customer service. They see you standing there and they act blind. Why even have an inside if they pay no mind to the customers?

I went through the drive thru. The food was awful. It was a kids hamburger meal. It was stale, just awful. The fries were also cold. I use to love the kids hamburger meals when I wasn’t very hungry. It always hit the spot, but this time, it just gave me this awful taste and feeling.
