Couldn’t tell the difference between a larger burger and a smaller one. My burger was POURING grease from it. Worker that was handling food with no gloves had extremely long false nails on and was leaning all over the counter where they put food. Parking lot is full of ice and slush. Don’t waste your time or money.

Hello. The chocolate cold brew coffee tasted watered down with little flavor.
Also I want to point out the horrible customer service I’ve been experiencing whenever I step into this wendys.
I understand you want to give people second chances in life. But if you can’t take someone’s order. Go work on the grill or on food prep station.
The man behind the counter taking my order was out in space.
It was a simple order.
One small chocolate cold brew coffee.
He said nothing and walked away.
Didn’t ring me up or anything.
He then came back and gave me my drink.
I ask how much?
He then proceeded to ring up my order.
All while not speaking or showing any emotion. He seemed not interested in working or even wanting to be there.
Unprofessional and rude.
This Wendy’s has been going downhill for a while.

This Wendy’s deserves five stars because everything went smoothly from placing my order to reviving it. We have to wait a few minutes to get the order but that is because they had to make the burgers fresh. I can’t complain about that. They were very busy when we pulled through and they still managed to get everything put together correctly. It’s easy to forget how hard working fast food is but it’s not easy so I always commend a fast food restaurant that handled every thing in a professional way. Especially when it’s during a busy time and they are working under pressure. We had chicken nuggets, fried, Biggie Bags with the cheeseburgers and Dr. pepper for the drinks and everything was done perfectly. Thanks Wendy’s!

I ordered the 1# and my burger looked like they dropped the bun in grease plus the lady was very rude taking my order I asked if I could have a moment to order she said nothing then I said ok I’m ready and she said nothing then I said hello (nicely) then she answered yeah! I replied I’m ready to order she said go head I told her my order she said is that it (rudely) I said yes that will be all she said pull up! Like where did customer service go so bad here ..no thank you no hello no have nice day just plain rude for no reason it’s sad but I won’t be back

Was great. My family enjoyed themselves. And we have the frosty key chain so it makes it worth stopping all the time. They were understaffed. And I understand that so it didn’t bother me the manager was super accommodating. I work in the food industry as well so I totally understand that things happen. We got our food as we were pleased. Not a super long wait or anything. Will go back again!

We got drive thru, and they “forgot” to give our credit card back, and when I asked for it, they suddenly had it without having to look away and without even apologizing for the mistake. It gave a very concerning appearance as it made it seem like they only gave the card back because they “got caught”.
Then they also didn’t give us a receipt. These are the fries they gave us before we ate any. As you can see, not very full.
My sandwich also felt lukewarm.

Normally I don’t leave negative reviews, but since we didn’t get a receipt we couldn’t even take their survey to let them know, and the “customer service” line was not available on weekends.

I paid 7 dollars for this “baconator”
This is one of the saddest looking sandwiches iv ever paid money for. When I went back around to the window to get a receipt they didint give me and get some clarification on what I ordered to what I recieved they looked and treated me as if I was in the wrong, and that this burger was what I ordered.
This bums me out because I thought I liked Wendy’s but this one interaction alone has swayed my perception of all wendys locations. I wont eat a Wendy’s again, if I need food on a lunch break I will gladly take my money elsewhere.
