Went in drive thru and ordered a frozen caramel cold brew and a bagel. Pretty simple order. We get to the window and she gives us the wrong drink and we hand it back, then she says they’re still making our drink. She once again hands us a drink and when we drive away we realize it is once again the WRONG drink, not only that, but the entire outside of the cup is covered in caramel and the bagel we received is burnt to a crisp. Not to mention that it’s $3 for a tiny container of cream cheese??

I love Panera food! Their baguettes are amazing, the salads are wonderful, and the sandwiches are just so delicious! Even the cookies are great! The dining area usually even has a fireplace, and even on busy days, we have always found a seat.

I ordered my meal online for pickup. I get to the business and they have signed saying you can pick up through their drive-thru now. Thinking this would be an excellent way to save time I went through the drive-thru only to find out they were unwilling to bring me my pickup order to the drive-thru window. Apparently it is such a big inconvenience for them to hand me my bag through that I had to drive around and come inside to get it instead. What a terrible example of customer service. They were not super slammed and it was not super busy. Simple courtesy of bringing it to the drive-thru as advertised by signage at the place of business. I will not be coming to this Panera again and I have ordered frequenty for a very long time. Picking up or delivery has always had problems. If you don’t plan to eat in I would suggest you skip this business

Very clean place and the staff is pleasant. Excellent choice for healthy food. I’ve seen bad reviews but I’ve been going there for 3 years or so and I’ve never had a problem with my order or the staff. True the food is high priced but it is always delicious. I don’t mind paying higher prices for health food. Their Mac n Cheese is delicious. I can’t get enough of their Pumpkin Muffins. However prices are high.

Been here twice in my lifetime and wasn’t impressed either time. Grossly overpriced food that they try to pass off as healthy when it’s not. They did have a tasty strawberry and Romaine salad but at the cost it was ridiculous and the lemonade was rather tasty as well But the only reason I might return is because I had no other options. But the location of this when there are several restaurants bigger better choices within walking distance
