Panera bread in Hazel Dell/Vancouver Washington had incredibly friendly staff that were knowledgeable and had great suggestions on food items and what was most popular, and the recommendations didn’t disappoint. I had an amazing salad and sandwich. The facility was clean on the exterior and interior. We will go there again.

So clean so quiet and the food quality at this location was on point. We sat by the fire place after a long day at the beach . It was a very good end to our day for sure . Joseph has impeccable customer service at this location I recommend you see him.

First time going and will never be going back. what the hell are these portion sizes? Spent $14 on the world’s tiniest cups ever. This would not even make my kids full! Just ridiculous corporate greed

The food is actually pretty good, its nothing like super special, but its pretty good. The staff all seem super friendly and professional. The lobby is clean and was decorated for the holiday, but the café section was kind of a mess. It didnt seem clean as there were crumbs on the table and floor. Maybe just went at a bad time. Overall it was pretty good. Just docked it a few for those issues. I’d go back though.

Their Mac and cheese is amazingly good and I think I’ll try it in a bread bowl next time. I love the fireplace and cozy seating. It was perfect as it was just me eating and it was cold and wet outside. I was a little confused as to where to pickup the food after I ordered so I think the cashier could have explained that better. She just handed me a buzzer. The price was way higher than I expected but the food was great.

They forgot to put eggs on the bacon, EGG, and cheese croissant.

Food was cold right out of the drive tru. Had to wait a while for an online order. Looked like someone sat on my food (see pics).

Really expensive, garbage quality. From the other reviews it looks like they just don’t care (not one owner response to any reviews).

I thought they were supposed to be good? Won’t be back.

At first employee mixed up my wife’s name with another person with the same name which was no big deal noticed right after I walked out. Brought it back and was able to get to the right customer. They found my order fairly quickly but not before one employee tried to shame me that the order was ready about 30 mins ago so the bag was sitting off to the side. No big deal there either but, then get home and find that it’s missing the ordered soup. Not to mention we tipped already. I’m assuming the girl was just stressed or having a bad day but negative experience for us as the customer

I travel a lot and usually go to Panera Bread to enjoy coffee and bagel in a new place. So I have visited 20+ locations of Panera Bread. Unfortunately, this location so far offered the worst experience I had. The dining space around corner looked old and dirty. But that’s not rare to see in some Panera locations. The unique worst part is the rude staff (likely the manager) that would look at you unfriendly and scan you from top to bottom like you’re suspicious. I noticed that the staff treated other customers differently. After driving around, I know there might be some homeless concern in this area but please don’t treat people without doing anything wrong like this rude. Please offer warmth as I have seen in many other Panera locations.

We went through the drive-through for lunch today and the workers here were so kind and patient with us. It took us a while to decide what we wanted because we’ve only had Panera a couple times before. We even changed our order while ordering but it was nbd to the woman who took our order. And our food was so delicious!

Panera used to be fine, they were always a little expensive but the portions were big enough that they were worth it. NOT ANYMORE! Everything is too small, way way too small. The price is not justified by the portion. The food itself is passable but it’s full of garbage anyway. The side baguette used to be double or triple what it is now. Sad
