Our first experience here.
We ordered the Olé Cheeseburger, with all the toppings and add pickle. The veggies were cut thick, plentifully topped, and fresh. It was like a salad with a perfectly juicy burger on top, just the way I like a traditional cheeseburger/hamburger.
Honestly, probably the freshest burgers I have had in the area and not a gut bomb, but very satisfying. The only thing that comes close is In-N-Out, but Nation’s was IMHO better.
We additionally, got a side of french fries and onion rings. The french fries were perfectly crispy and delicious with little to no seasoning, with seasonings available to customize to your taste. The onion rings were thick, well breaded and delicious!
We split a slice of cheesecake (1/4 pie), to finish off our meal, no complaints, it was as delicious as any cheesecake I have had, who’s had a bad cheesecake?!
We will definitely be coming back when we are in this area. A definite recommendation around the Razor Ranch area, given the family friendly atmosphere, kids menu, all-day breakfast/lunch/dinner menu.

The breakfast was hearty and so good! I love that it’s all day. I had a bacon omelet with sourdough bread and it was amazing! And the pie is incredible!! The location was clean and accessible. It would be a great place for lunch or to bring the family for dinner.

I stopped into Nations to take advantage of their BOGO breakfast special. The restaurant was very clean and quiet during my visit, and the staff was friendly and helpful in walking me through the menu. I really liked the open kitchen setup—you can watch your food being prepared right after ordering, which is a nice touch. They also have a wide variety of menu items and an impressive display of delicious-looking pies.
Unfortunately, the breakfast I ordered was a bit underwhelming. The pancakes were plain and lacked flavor; honestly, McDonald’s pancakes have more taste. The syrup was also very bland and didn’t help improve the dish. The bacon, however, was thin, crispy, and tasty. The toast was good but came pre-buttered with much more butter than I prefer, which made adding jam impossible. The eggs weren’t seasoned, but they were fine after I added a little salt and pepper.
One thing I noticed is that there’s only one trash bin available, and there were no napkins at the tables or the drink/prep area.
Overall, despite the disappointing breakfast, I do want to return and try something different for lunch or dinner. The atmosphere, friendly staff, and menu variety make me think there’s still something worth coming back for.

Loved my dinner at Nation’s. Everything I ever order at this place is delicious. Fresh tasting, home-cooked, lovely environment with fresh flowers…the whole experience was delightful. I tried their breakfast for supper and it was scrumptious. Would definitely come here again just for their pie. You can eat a slice in house, or take it to go. The berry is my favorite.

A great experience! The food is made fresh and delicious. Lettuce wrapped cheeseburgers are full of flavor. The onion rings are perfectly crisp and taste fabulous. The pie is to die for! They had samples available for us to try a few of the flavors. The pumpkin cheesecake pie is perfection. I being able to buy pie buy the slice, a mini pie, or a whole pie. The staff was great and I got my food quickly. A clean restaurant and a great atmosphere. A must stop in Denton!

Wow!! I am just so amazed by the staff here!! It was my first time here and I was greeted by the staff filled with smiles!! Lily offered my a whole selection of yummy samples and they made me the best breakfast ever!! I recommend everyone to come here!! It’s such a welcoming environment ♥️

My husband & I stopped by to try out the pie. Let me tell you hands down delicious!! There was definitely a lot of options almost overwhelming to choose! We ended up choosing key lime pie slice & strawberry cheesecake. The freshness was refreshing & the flavors were overloaded. The service was great, restaurant was super clean, friendly kind employees. Did I mention they have mini samples?? We will definitely be back to try a cheeseburger, that grill smelled great!
