Last Saturday at approximately 3:30 AM, I ordered a medium Quarter Pounder meal via mobile pickup at McDonald’s. The meal included fries, a beverage, and other accompaniments. While consuming the meal, I noticed a long hair entangled in the fries. This discovery was highly unpleasant, as I had already consumed a significant portion of the meal before noticing the hair.
Although it is understandable that the staff may be fatigued at that hour, maintaining hygiene standards is paramount. The packaging was greasy, the fries were limp, and the presence of a hair in the food further compromised the overall quality. Consequently, I lost my appetite immediately.

We were greeted with a pleasant “Welcome to McDonald’s” when entering by a nice lady. It was not that busy or crowded. There were a few people here and there. I ordered a filet-o-fish value meal large. It didn’t take long for my meal to be handed to me. I went to the bathroom to wash my hands, and less than a minute after returning to the counter, my food was ready. When ordering, I did tell the young man that was being trained I was eating in, but I guess he or the lady that was training him didn’t hear me. The food was hot, fresh, and good. My fountain HC was good. Side note: I still can not understand why McDonald’s only gives you a half piece of cheese on the fish sandwich, especially as much as you pay with today’s prices. Give me my whole slice of cheese, please! The men’s bathroom was clean, not stinky and stocked.

On this visit, I had one of those by one get one free from the survey you take on the receipt deals. I ordered a filet-o-fish and a cheese burger. The sandwich was hot, fresh, and good, but it was slapped together. The cheeseburger was good, but the hamburger patty was too small. I will get a double or a quarter pounder next time. Customer service was great.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but this McDonald’s honestly deserves it. Every time I’ve come here, something goes wrong. The last straw was my burger being the complete opposite from what I wanted, It was absolutely disgusting, and completely killed my appetite.
Walking inside is never any better. People are always yelling behind the counter, people (which i believe are the managers) shouting across the restaurant, and it feels totally chaotic. The vibe is uncomfortable from the moment you step in. And somehow, the order is always messed up—missing items, wrong items, cold food, you name it.
I get that mistakes happen, but when it’s every visit, and the place feels this unorganized, it’s just unacceptable. I blame whoever bags the food for the drive thru everything is usually incorrect. Definitely the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. Avoid if you can.

Just had one of the most worst and also emotional experiences, I have gone to this location numerous times. I get employees love to talks about customers but the lack of professionalism was crazy. I know it was my mistake I was going to drive off without my frappe but there was a cafe behind me therefore I scooted up a bit and waited for them to get their food and then go grab my frappe. As I go which I was only a few feet away I hear the Hispanic lady which I thought was very kind up until I heard her talk so poorly about me I am Mexican American and speak both English and Spanish. She proceeded to talk insulting me calling me crazy telling her coworker “La gente está más loca que yo esa se fue sin llevar su frappe” keeps talking about me until she realizes im in front of her trying to laugh it off. I look at her at tell her yup that happens to be me (the crazy one) no apologies no nothing just tried to laugh it off after insulting me.

I ordered frappe’s every day sometimes twice a day and I’ve went here and got the same one every morning right before work and not till now has someone complained about what I’ve ordered. I order a large caramel frappe ignoring the cost I don’t mind it as long as they make it like I like and WHAT I PAY FOR. If I’m paying extra x3 for caramel DRIZZLE AND extra for espresso shot, That’s exactly how I want it especially if I’m paying NEARLY 10$ for a frappe. I don’t care about what yall didn’t order enough of THATS YOUR JOB i just want my damn frappe with extra dang drizzle not no extra damn lip. THOUGHT THAT THE CUSTOMER WAS ALWAYS RIGHT

DO NOT PLACE MOBILE ORDER!!!! Husband placed order and never received – Manager was horrible, not helpful or friendly (also another employee had to find her, was nowhere to be found) – said we didn’t “confirm” the order or finish placing order even though we had a receipt through the mobile app and through email. I finally left and husband had to call his credit card company to dispute the purchase.
What really upset me the most was the employees in the back figured someone picked up our order by mistake, so started preparing it. I’m sure they had to throw that food away since the manager wouldn’t give it to me – total waste (time, money, food)

Me and my girlfriend decided to get food at McDonalds and we ordered a 2 cheeseburger meal and a 6pc chicken McNugget meal. we open our bag from DoorDash and we got 2 large fries, 2 cheeseburgers, large Diet Coke and a large sprite, I then go to grab what I thought was a chicken nugget and then noticed two cookies sitting in the box. This is simply ridiculous and idk how you even mess that up. Realistically speaking, do a better job it cant be that hard it’s McDonald’s…

How is it is put in a order for two chocolate chip cookies, and a medium fry at the window and inform the person taking my order im willing to wait for freshly Made warm cookies. To pay and receive in my bag day old cookies. Then for me to say I ordered freshly Made cookies im still willing to wait. For me to receive day old warmed up cookies!!
