We had a lovely time at Pieces, which is located in downtown Dundien, the cutest little town. The food was outstanding! Everything we ordered was packed with flavor and was super fresh. The crab Rangoon was to die for! Our server, Veromica, was beyond delightful and made our entire experience. She was such an amazing server! Pieces is definitely a hidden gem that deserves to shine.

Pisces is one of my favorite local places since I’ve moved here. The food and service is always awesome! The lunch and happy hour specials are great. Drinks are good also! My favorite servers are usually Drew, Monica and Millie! I frequently go with my friends and we always take our family there when they’re visiting ! Keep being amazing y’all❤️

Our sushi rolls were excellent @ $20 each. The salmon roll tasted especially fresh. At $13, the guacamole & chips appetizer was average; the thick chips were underwhelming. Our server likely was very good; however, I believe the restaurant was understaffed; it was around noon on a Saturday. We were seated outside immediately, but we had to wait a considerable amount of time to have our order taken, as well as to receive the food. If the rolls had not been so good, it’s doubtful I’d stop in against on my next visit to the area.

I met a friend for lunch here, and it was my first time! This place is super cute and cozy, I loved the atmosphere. The sushi was absolutely delicious, some of the best I’ve ever had. The chef behind the sushi bar did a fantastic job the sushi was delicious and the presentation was great.
However the prices were bloated and padded with extreme over pricing justifications. As a chef and a reasturant owner I am aware of the cost of goods, margins and the price of doing business in the seafood space.
Paying 87 dollars for two sushi rolls and an 8th of an ounce of crushed wasabi beans is a practice in customer fleecing.
Truffle oil and actual truffle are so far from each other in price, that to make a unknowing customer think they are getting something elevated that is a mask of the establishments inability to provide an authentic ingredient is unfortunate.
While the food was great and the ambiance is beautiful and inviting, the price for the food is a sad representation of a “fine dinning” tag.

I’ve been eating sushi for 50 plus years and Pisces is the real deal. Usually, I visit once or twice per week.
James’ and Liz’s entire staff are friendly and there’s no other sushi restaurant equal to their sushi quality and service in Pinellas County. If I could give six stars I would.
