This Taco Bell turned to garbage slowly I stopped eating Taco Bell altogether because of this place we used to be cheap and fast now it’s expensive and stupid slow. I’ve been waiting for a pick up order for a half hour now. The parking lot is packed in the dining room is packed. This is so sad. Employee standing around doing nothing but talking why everybody waits.

The restaurant was clean and well-kept, but the service was terrible. They messed up my order, and when I let them know, the manager came over and asked what was wrong. Then she turned around and screamed at the employee who took my order, saying, “You messed up.” It was really unprofessional and uncomfortable to watch. Definitely not a great experience.

Terrible experience every time. I don’t mind the long wait. But the employees there are either absolutely terrible or just mid.
Management is always yelling and their employees yet they won’t take any accountability for their mistakes.
Such a shame the staff here has to destroy a reputable brand name. Better off driving to a different location. Won’t have to wait as long, and the employees might actually try and get your order correct.

Waited 30 minutes today and got my entire order wrong. They kept making things with sour cream, or forgetting the meat, or lettuce any other thing possible. Food was cold as it was sitting as the rest was made as you can clearly see in all the photos. Practically no customer service was offered they just said “ima cry,” after each time I came up to let them know my order was wrong. Like me too I haven’t ate all day lady and everyone keeps messing up my food. A luxe box and 2 tacos all no tomato or sour cream or beans, add onions to the tacos.. I got: Gordita, no lettuce, extra sour cream. A dorrito taco just cheese and meat, a dorrito taco with sour cream, then a taco with nacho cheese inside, none of the tacos had my upcharged onions on it, and my burrito had sour cream in it. Only thing correct was the chips and my cold fry………so I spent 20 bucks for bad service, an hour of my life gone, and stale cold food. They did remake a few of my items tho but 5 times coming back up to get your order fixed is still super ridiculous. I am glad the lady didn’t fight me for a remake, it allowed the situation to not escalate I guess. I’m not a mean guy but I was starving so she made the right call lol. My order was very easy in my opinion. but the tacos, burrito, and Gordita crunch all had mistakes that made enjoying my first meal of the day impossible .. last time I was it until 10pm to eat! It’s just annoying because this place is always a 50/50 on wether it’s good or bad :((( even my friend got his food tainted. He got a chicken chulpa was given beef? Asked no beans in his burrito and got beans.. im actually astounded. How did you mess up 7 consecutive items? This place is also always messy, below is a picture of table that an EMPLOYEE ate at… there was other messy tables but I’m not trying to be an undercover investigator rn. I just can’t believe I waited from 10 to 10:45 for incorrect food..this still gets a 2 star cause I love Taco Bell and I don’t feel like going to Aberdeen.

Absolutely awful service and food every single time you come. Dude there was just only 2 people on the driveway line and it took you guys 10 minutes to serve the guy in front of me a tiny little bag. And then I pull up and your credit card machine keeps going off.
You forgot one of the tacos in my order. The ONLY taco that was for me, you forgot it. And I just had a baby and was looking forward to it.
And then my husbands taco was iced cold.

Brought home two Soda’s, in one of those little Soda holders. Went fine on the way to the car, getting out of the car, the hold itself CRUMBLED under the weight of both Sodas (2 mediums only). Called up to say that it happened, because BOTH sodas then fell and splashed all over the sidewalk.
Was told “We can’;t do anything because it happened when you got home.” Was also told “We can’t do anything, but, if you stop by in a day or two, we’ll slip you 1 small”. …. Never MIND the fact, it was A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT WHICH CAUSED ME TO LOSE MONEY AND SODAS!
Will not be coming back. Manager is incredibly rude. I was ONLY looking to have replaced, what got messed up, because of THEIR cup holder, which, again, defective from the start.
Don’t want the small anymore, won’t be returning here.

We were here for dinner. It was nice Taco Bell with specious dine in availability. We ordered burrito supreme, black beans chalupa, French fries, cinnamon twists. Everything was good and service was great and speedy.

There was a rock in my spicy potato taco and I nearly broke a tooth when biting into what I expected to be a safe meal. I complained to corporate on the Taco Bell website over 2 weeks ago and didn’t hear from anyone. Really, unacceptable.
