This place is unbelievably slow. In the time it takes them to complete an order, I could have a meal in front of me at Red Robin, Applebees, and pretty much literally anywhere.
If you have a mobile order, you’re better off showing up 10-15 minutes AFTER the estimated ready time. That’s over 20 minutes of waiting for “fast food”.

Generally a great taco bell, never gets my order wrong beyond forgetting a straw. Staff is nice 90% of the time other ten percent they aren’t rude just not as courteous. Best food to price ratio nearby.

I put in a pick-up order at 2:30 pm, and arrived at 3:30 pm to pick it up… a whole hour had passed. When I get there the line is full and I am in a rush so I head inside assuming my order is ready because it has been an hour. I stand at the register for five minutes and no one comes, I move over so I can see directly in the kitchen and still no one comes. Finally someone comes and drops a bag off directly in front of me and I make eye contact with her and say “excuse me, can you help me” She looks at me and walks away without a word. Another worker passes me by on the phone and I stop him and ask “when you get a chance, can you help me” He comes by a few minutes later and he tells me it will be 6 minutes until my order is ready. I stand there for another 10 minutes and I’m watching these people work at the slowest pace possible. If you cannot work in a fast paced environment, then find another job. I see multiple people come in and order at the kiosk and get their food within minutes, yet my order takes almost 2 hours? I finally leave and just go through the drive-through and again ask for my order. It had been done and the workers just didn’t want to give it to me. Horrible customer service excluding the one person who HAD BEEN ON THE PHONE who stopped to help me. It had almost taken 2 hours to get something that should have taken 30 minutes max.

I asked him to make fresh nacho fries in the Drive-Thru and he refused, I did this because I keep getting fries that are old tasting and not even really hot… So yeah I’m like can you make a fresh batch and he’s like oh they’re pretty fresh and I’m like I would like a fresh batch and he wouldn’t do it. You don’t argue with the customer, it’s not like you’re losing something, there’s no reason he shouldn’t have done that, they do that at every other fast food place when you ask them for fries with no salt. Your service sucks.

Most of the food is good however for the 3rd straight time they have put almost no cheese on the loaded nachos . You’d get more cheese from a cup then on a “loaded nachos “ I will fix this review when they stop skimping on nacho cheese

I cannot rate this location because I placed an order for 3 Crunchwrap supremes to feed my family tonight when I got off work, went through the drive through, paid $23.06 for my order, and when I got home, all that was in the bag was 3 tiny Crunchy taco’s. Unfortunately, I live 10 miles away and couldn’t go back so I called the location and had to speak to 3 different people before I was told to come back sometime tomorrow afternoon when the general might be in. You cannot run a business like this and expect to have return customers. Probably won’t go back and just a warning to others who are thinking about going here, make sure you thoroughly check your order before leaving the property. 0 stars for sure on this first visit to this location.

For a quick and delicious taco fix for my busy appetite, Taco Bell is the go-to choice! It’s easy, and offers affordable food. While they have a variety of meals, keep in mind it’s fast food, so it’s not the epitome of perfect healthy eating. Also, be prepared for a bit of noise; there’s only one staff cashier for the front and drive-thru, but I don’t know why there are three employees in the kitchen and can’t help him or I should not care. Sometimes it takes a few minutes to order, but hey, I’m not rushing too much. But remember take care the customers when they are noisy.

There was huge drive through line. But order was ready to pick up fast.
The crunchy Doritos locos taco hardly had any filling or lettuce inside. The burrito was not rolled up in paper properly. The black bean chalupa was awesome !! All items were fresh & delicious. But I have observed taco bell has increased prices on few items.

The Taco Bell has a new modern design that adds a value to this place and makes is more attractive. However, their self ordering system makes a lot of confusion. I placed on order in Taco Bell and after 15 mins waiting for it, was told my order is not in the system!
