Easily the worst “customer service” I’ve received in recent memory. If you go in, all eight employees will look you directly in the eyes, but not a single one will actually acknowledge you or attempt to help you. I have literally stood there for five minutes for a pick up order that they set in the drive thru. So my order was ready, but since no one even tried to talk to me, my order just sat there. The only reason I occasionally return is because of how close to my house it is. And more often than not, something in your order is wrong, so you always have to stop and check everything. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Go to one of the Parker Rd locations instead.
I’ve never had bad quality food at this location, but all the sudden the changed their menu and no longer offer items that other taco bell locations in the area have. Both locations on Parker Rd offer the Build Your Own Luxe Box which is the best deal, but for some reason this location removed it from their menu. They only offer the expensive luxe boxes with the worst items, and you can’t customize them.

This location has officially turned me off from ever getting Taco Bell again. I made the mistake of giving them another try since my favorite volcano sauce is back and I haven’t been here for months so i figured they would improve, but I didn’t get any volcano sauce on my volcano quesarito, it was red sauce which doesn’t even come on it so unless they completely changed the volcano sauce (which is a bad thing on its own) then they messed up my order again. I ordered 3 things and a drink, first they tried giving me the wrong drink but that i can see so i had them change it out. So how do you mess up 2 out of 4 things?

I ordered dinner for delivery from this Taco Bell. The delivery was quick, but everything came cold and there were multiple items missing from my order. I called to complain and give them a chance to make it right and they yelled at me saying that I didn’t have an order from them, even after I read them the receipt with their address and I gave them the receipt transaction ID. I will never order from this Taco Bell again due to their poor quality and unprofessional behavior. I suggest avoiding this location.

The staff is friendly and if you go inside it’s fairly clean. I’ve been here a couple times and I’ve not had a bad experience but I knocked 1 star off simply because what times are typically longer than usual for Taco Bell. Not a huge deal but if you’re in a hurry it would best be avoided.
Again, staff is friendly though and it’s clean on the inside. One last thing to note is that the drive through is very thin so word of caution for your wheels.

Every single Denver Taco Bell is a nightmare. Who would’ve thought I’d have a perfect experience in AURORA? Not me, but this is the best Taco Bell I’ve been to. My mobile order was ready fast, it was correct, portion sizes were good, the restaurant was spotlessly clean in late afternoon, and the employee was actually very friendly! This is how it should be everywhere, yes, but in multiple Denver locations I’ve been cussed out by employees, ignored at the counter for 6+ minutes, bad food, hidden mobile orders, drugged up homeless overtaking restaurants, always locked up bathrooms, screaming employees, etc. Kudos to this Aurora location.

9/27/2035 1:37pm Went through the drive-thru for a mobile order. I ordered two Crunchwrap Supremes from the online menu. It did not look like the picture from the menu.
There were barely any fillings and cheese in the Crunchwrap Supremes. All that I ate was flour tortillas. Very disappointed by this experience. I did not want to go back to the store and make a complaint. Probably because this was a online special item. Therefore they skimp out on the fillings and cheese. It felt like I was eating 3-4 flour tortillas stacked against each other. I will not order the Crunchwrap Supreme again.

Very nice and polite, and quick! Food tasted like Taco Bell. The portions were ridiculous though. No way am I coming back here to get ripped off. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Wow, your large cup looks more like a medium. The guy only filled it up half way. When I asked about it, he pretended not to know English. My burrito wasn’t rolled so I had to roll it and heat it up. then my salsa packets were opened and leaked all over my bag.
