This has to be the worst Taco Bell in town. I created an order in the app at 7:40 a.m. it said it would be done at 7:46 a.m. here it is 8:00 and I’m just getting my food. The reason why they were late on my food is because they forgot my food was in the steamer box or whatever it is. I had to inquire where my food was. All they did was give me a short “Sorry” and sent me on my way. Be better.

All this about waiting and stuff and rude people, didn’t get any of that. What we did get was slightly mildly smaller burritos than what we’re used to, and we order that at every location, but also really good seating and there’s a spot in the seating area where you can grab as many sauces as you like, which I appreciate.
Also, for those who prefer to order at the counter, which is I guess a dying art these days at least in Taco Bells, The counters aren’t blocked, so you can totally do that. We went late at night, and there were plenty of people, happy families, and lots of really good food.
Side note that struck me as interesting, they played some really authentic Mexican pop songs, which was pretty cool. No mariachi, this isn’t exactly a REAL Mexican restaurant, haha, but I recognized a few classics while we were sitting there.

I’m not quite sure what it is about San Luis Obispo County but they have fast food places open 24 hours a day, but if you decide to actually get fast food at any time in the early morning hours the service is going to be horrible! The food is guaranteed to be terrible! And the people that are working the graveyard shift or late night shift whatever you want to call it are definitely going to be the bottom of the barrel. There’s really no need to get into all the details of how horrible my experience was with this Taco Bell. Let’s just say that it all around was horrible. I know that I ordered food right before they’re about to close and that sucks because I’ve worked in the restaurant industry a lot but that doesn’t mean that you need to like actually give me slop! I ordered nachos and it was more like mushy chips mixed with way too much toppings that were slept in a tray like a 3 year old making a finger painting did it! I really hate giving bad reviews people but is Taco Bell sucks and you should avoid it at all costs during extra late night or early morning hours

Literally will die of old age before you get your food. There’s only 2-3 people working at a time. Waited an hours for 1 order. DONT GO HERE! Nothing but slow service and excuses.

For the second time in a row, I’ve waited 30 minutes for some slopped together food from a tube. This last time was even better though, because after driving home, I realized they forgot one of my tacos, one supreme had no sour cream, and one looked like it was made in the dark. Adios TB

This guy here is very foolish and rude guy i waited here on this tacobell for more than 30+ minutes for a doordash he did not help me after 30 minutes this nonsense guy came to me and told me that this order is already picked up and he told me very rudly that i mad that i was waiting from 30 minutes.His name is luis M he is working on front so i request tacobell to reply me as soon as possible and fire these type of mad people that work on tacobell
