I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever dealt with at this Jack-in-the-Box on Fondren Rd in Missouri City, TX. I ordered food through the drive-thru around 4:30 AM and paid cash. When I got home — which is literally right next door in the apartments — I opened the bag and saw that my food was ice cold, and the bread hadn’t even been toasted.

I went right back to the store within minutes, only to be told by the manager on duty that he “didn’t know how to process a cash refund.” Instead, he told me I’d have to call a number to get my money back — even though I had just left, had the food with me, and clearly paid in cash. He then refused to remake the food, refused to refund me, and kept both my food and my money.

I ended up waiting in the drive-thru for nearly 2 hours, hoping the situation would be handled properly. It wasn’t — until the next shift started at 6:00 AM. A Hispanic employee came to the window, heard what happened, and without hesitation gave me a full refund. She was kind, professional, and the only person that showed basic respect.

The fact that I had to wait that long and practically beg to get my money back — over a cold meal — is completely unacceptable. The manager didn’t just show poor customer service — he acted like he didn’t care at all and just wanted me to go away. If it weren’t for the next shift stepping up, I would’ve left empty-handed.

Corporate will definitely be hearing about this, and I hope this location gets better leadership — because that manager should not be representing your brand.

They always take care of me and are very polite and helpful. They stay on it!! Morning and 2nd shift are wonderful. If they’re that good I’m thinking the 3rd shift will be just as good.

I came to the cafe for a pick-up order. And this cafe was very dirty. Guys, this cleaning would take you 10 minutes.. some kind of disrespect for the customers. I can’t evaluate the quality of the food, because I’m here for work.
By the way, the toilet was clean. The staff seemed friendly.

I’ve never had a bad experience with Jack in the box until I went to this location. I ordered through the app because I wanted to pick up the food fast and go to work right after. When I got to the drive thru they told me to wait by the trashcan. I waited over 10 minutes for just 2 tacos that I ordered 10 minutes ago? They gave me the wrong order so I drove back into the drive thru and told them, they asked me to pull up to the drive thru window. They took the wrong order they gave me and said they didn’t see anything on the screen even though it was the correct address and everything. I showed them my receipt and they told me they couldn’t do anything even though my card was charged. They closed the drive through window in my face and ignored me. So unprofessional not even asking how I can get a refund or who to call for support. Never going back to this location again!

Park employees are always picking up trash, empty the cans, checking on bathrooms. Huge area to walk, ride bike, walk paved and grass trails. Two huge fenced in dog areas with picnic tables, ponds for dogs to swim.

There breakfast sandwiches and burritos have always been my favorite but when did yall start putting mayo on them…I have never had mayo on my sandwich before from any location..that was the nastiest thing ever. Just had to eat the sandwich without half of it, so disgusting.
