Just went thru and ordered a spicy chicken with cheese and mayo only. Girl confirmed only cheese and mayo. Got home its got lettuce as well and Chicken is the worst piece ever. Also ordered the JBC special and only got one sandwich in the bag. Corrected that before I pulled away. Doesn’t any fast food places or workers care anymore about doing it right???

Drive thru order incorrect. Classic Chicken instead of Classic Single. They corrected the order. Ask to add bacon. Charged $1.99 for 3 strips. Got 1 piece broken up. Medium fries(2 orders) were half filled. I noticed McDonald’s doing the same things with fries.

They changed a lot of menu items and honestly, for the better (in my opinion). Very fresh and tasty new grilled chicken wrap, along with their new Caesar salad. Their Cajun chicken sandwich was spicy (but my husband enjoyed it) and their “Dave’s Single” Burger is fresher than ever. The chocolate frosty is the original goodness too.

Ordered a Caesar salad 8/15 between1:30 and 2pm and not only was I given old chicken, the lettuce was old as well. This is exactly how people get sick. I sat in the drive thru for 20 mins or so only to get my food and throw it in the trash.

Update as of Sunday Nov. 5, 2021. Change my review from 3 stars to 1 star as I will no longer be returning to this location due to their unprofessionalism and rudeness in the Drive-Thru. Trying to place my order when the employee is getting annoyed with me because I asked why my screen is looking different thinking I may be getting charged extra for something that I haven’t ordered. And then while I’m trying to add more to my order, the rude employee is speaking over me asking repeatedly, “is that is all?”, and then just giving me my total and not letting me continue with my order. So we literally left to go to the Wendy’s on Som Center in Willoughby. As we left my boyfriend tried to call that location to speak to the manager and no one was answering the phone even though there were only two other cars in line and no one inside the restaurant. Will definitely be calling corporate. This Wendy’s has gone down hill, I do not suggest going too this location no matter how badly you want Wendy’s.
Original post 2 years ago: It’s alright if they don’t mess up your order and you dont have to wait 10 mins for the wrong order. Can’t turn left out of the parking lot. Pulling in or out of there can be tricky since drivers block the drive when they’re waiting at the stop light.

Just move into the area I love my Wendy’s I got home with my Wendy’s and my number one combination my French fries we’re not cooked all the way my number one was just a plain burger with cheese and dried yes they were very busy I will give them that but come on how do you freaking totally mess up one person’s single order there were so many people working there when I looked in the window I’m in the restaurant business and I run the damn front by myself and get things right

I come from Columbus, the home of the Wendy’s chain. They would be appalled at the service. If you order at the drive-thru, they treat it as such a bother to them. Then, it takes way too long to get you food. Finally, it’s not good enough, either cold, sloppy, wrong, or somewhere in-between. Corporate should shut this place down or just fire everyone for not caring and restaff. Truly the worst Wendy’s I’ve experienced, and I’ve seen gas station Wendy’s that have better service on the turnpike.

Its August 30th 2025 near 8pm. I just went and ordered some Dave’s doubles. I dont know how long the staff has been working there but the burgers look perfect and the fries taste so “potatoy” and clean which is bliss. The food came out in a reasonable time and the employee working the window was very polite. This was a very positive experience! Thank you for taking pride in your work!
