Lady at window was so rude. Handed me my food in a rush and not really sure why because there wasn’t anyone in the drive through behind me. I waited to get her attention to ask for a sauce pack and she said it’s a upchrage and I’d need to park my car and walk in side. I’m cool with paying for the one sauce pack but to park my car and walk inside is wild taking they we’re not busy and I was the only car in the drive through. I’ll continue to go to baring trace way to rude for me.

So short staffed that a groundskeeper and maintenance employee went directly to register after picking up trash outside. He took orders and went to the back to cook. Though very helpful and polite, I do not think he washed his hands after handling trash outside and emptying trash containers inside. Not going back.

Went through the drive thru when we got off work tonite. Ordered 2 buffalo ranch chicken sandwiches that are so sloppily made they could barely be ate without wearing it all. And a McChicken meal deal. Chicken sandwich tasted old fries were completely cold and got 3 dipping cups but no nuggets w my meal. I don’t know why I even try to get food from this location as it’s always horrible. Then try to call about my order but they clearly take the phone off the hook at this location so no one can call to tell them they messed up once again as I tried calling for 25 min but got nothing but a busy signal the whole time.

Person who was helping me was on FaceTime… If I give her the benefit of the doubt we could say that my food wasn’t made yet and she was waiting on that, but it did feel like I got my food slower than normal. FaceTime on the clock is unacceptable. Good service and food many other times but this is crazy.

Just ordered food for literally 3 people and the most its ever costed was MAYBE 35 – 40 bucks TOPS. 80 bucks for 3 people?! McDonald’s lets not forget your a fast food establishment NOT a 5 star restaurant. I wont be ordering from McDonald’s til their prices go back down because thats completely outrageous. You dont pay your workers nearly enough but think its ok to charge outrageous prices for a few meals. Get a grip

The food is good most of the time the workers are friendly and polite and service is good most of the time. I rarely have any issues other than occasionally there’s an impolite worker or the food is slopped together but most of the time it’s good enough that I come back.

We had the most pleasant experience at the Peoria heights McDonald’s. Food was great and served quickly and accurately. Naikyah was super art taking our order… always busy and helping the customer. We discussed the Mcdonaldland shake with Irma who have is a sample after trading is about the flavor…we then decided to order 2. Not the expected way we thought we would end our meal. Friendly service and good customer service went a long way this evening.

09/30/2018 – Holding strong at 1 star. Apparently at this McDonald’s when your upset with a co-worker you take it out on the customer. I ordered a smoothie and because the employee was upset with a co-worker she put chocolate chips in MY smoothie. There is no management at this place. I wonder what she would do if she really got mad… POISON the food maybe?
07/06/2018 – I ordered two large ice tea’s and it took about 10 minutes from paying for the order to getting my order. 10 minutes would not be to bad if the place was busy but I was the only car in the drive through not to mention I could see my two poured cups of ice tea’s sitting on the counter. The food window girl was in the vestibule by the drive through texting someone. See the attached picture of her texting. Who is running this place?
06/19 I ordered a large Orangeade Slushie. ..not sure if the girl didn’t fill it up all the way on purpose or just was to lazy to make me a large. At first she made me the wrong flavor. This McDonald’s gives me a sad face.
I am not sure what happened to my review but this place kills the McDonalds brand. I hope google is not editing them for McDonalds sake.

The staff is sub-par at best! They are rude, pushy, and Sloppy!
