Beau & Mo’s Italian Steakhouse is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm, inviting atmosphere that feels both upscale and comfortable. The staff here are wonderful—friendly, attentive, and clearly take pride in making every guest feel welcome. The steaks are some of the best I’ve ever had—perfectly cooked, flavorful, and paired beautifully with their house-made sides. The Italian dishes are equally impressive, with rich sauces, fresh ingredients, and portions that leave you more than satisfied. The wine list is excellent, and the staff are knowledgeable in helping you find the perfect pairing. What sets this place apart is the combination of top-notch food and genuine hospitality—it feels like dining with family, but with five-star quality. Every visit is memorable, and I can’t recommend Beau & Mo’s highly enough!

For appetizers, we ordered the Brussels sprouts and the bread service, both were a nice start to the meal. For our main course, we tried the Wednesday special, the 2 oz filets for two, which came with salads, shrimp, green beans, and a cannoli for dessert. We also added mashed potatoes on the side.

The food was delicious. The char on the steak gave it a great flavor, and it was cooked just right – tender and juicy. Everything was well seasoned and nicely presented. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable, and even though he seemed a little forgetful at first, he quickly made up for it with great recommendations and attentive service.

The ambiance was darker and more rustic than I expected, but it made the evening feel cozy and a little more special. Overall, it was a really nice dinner and I’d definitely come back.

Three and a half out of five stars. The steak was the highlight of the night, perfectly cooked and full of flavor. For the price though, I’d much rather dine at Berns, where the service and atmosphere are consistently on another level.

The Brussels sprouts were crazy burned. I usually love a good char, but these were over the top and bitter. My pet peeve is wedge salads because no one should have to cut their own salad at the table, so I ordered a Caesar instead. It arrived as whole leaves, unchopped, and definitely not what I’d expect from a fine dining experience.

We were seated near the server station and bathrooms, which made it loud and distracting with constant silverware noise and people walking by. Not romantic at all, especially for an anniversary dinner they knew about in advance.

After dinner, the table was covered in crumbs, and the server just placed dessert and drinks right on top without wiping it down. I ended up cleaning it myself.

The building itself feels run down. The ceiling is covered in spray foam painted black, giving it more of a fancy Mahuffer’s feel than an upscale restaurant. Overall, the food had potential, but the experience and attention to detail just weren’t there.

Our favorite restaurant never lets us down! Fantastic food, great drinks, love the atmosphere of this Chicago style steak house. Started with crab and artichoke dip, then we had veal piccata and steak. Medium rare was perfect with a great crust on the outside. Can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. And the staff is excellent!! If you are looking for a great night out, look no further than Beau & Mo’s!

We checked out Beau & Mo’s, a Chicago-style steakhouse, and overall had a really good experience!

We started with the grouper cheeks, which were great — the capers added a nice tang that cut through the richness. Then we had the Pasta Nero (squid ink pasta with charred octopus). The pasta was amazing, but the octopus could’ve been a little more tender.

For the main, I went with the ribeye. I was told they’re usually heavy on the char, which I’m not a fan of, so I asked for “easy on the char” — and they actually did it! The steak was okay overall, just a bit tougher than I’d expect for a ribeye.

Service was quick and super friendly, which made up for the few small misses.
I’d definitely come back to try a few other dishes next time.

Our evening at Beau & Mo’s began with a bit of unexpected stress—right as we arrived, we discovered we had a flat tire. We checked in for our reservation while my husband contacted roadside assistance, and despite the chaos, the staff immediately set the tone for an exceptional experience.
Our server was outstanding. He went above and beyond with his thorough explanation of the menu, guiding us through the various cuts, preparations, and specials with genuine enthusiasm and expertise. His attentiveness helped us relax and truly enjoy the evening.
What made the night even more memorable was having the chance to meet Beau and Mo themselves. They were warm, welcoming, and truly made us feel like family. Their hospitality, paired with the outstanding service and phenomenal food, turned what could have been a stressful night into one we will never forget.
Beau & Mo’s delivers not just a meal, but an experience—one filled with kindness, professionalism, and an atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. Highly recommend.

The 44oz wet-aged tomahawk ribeye was absolutely incredible — perfectly cooked to medium rare with an amazing crust, juicy and tender all the way through. Nick, our waiter, is always fantastic and makes every visit a great experience. I’d highly recommend this place to any steak lover. There are plenty of other dishes that look delectable , but I can never bring myself to order anything else — the tomahawk is just that good!

We were excited to come to Beau’s because normally we have a great experience. Unfortunately, we were seated in the booth at the work station and bar/bathroom area. The booth butts up to the gathering spot for all of the wait staff. It was very distracting and not romantic at all for Valentines. The back of my husbands booth was bumped into many times.
We expect when paying $200-$400, which is what we usually spend at Beau’s, to have a better experience.
Maybe get rid of that booth??
The food was incredible as usual and I must say our server was exceptional!! Just disappointed with the seating.

I was genuinely looking forward to dining here, but unfortunately, the experience didn’t quite meet my expectations. I recognize it was Thanksgiving, likely an overwhelming day, but for the price point, I felt the overall value wasn’t there. While the general service was lacking, the busser staff was excellent and attentive. The absolute highlights of the meal were the Brussels sprouts and the NY steak. However, the meatballs were disappointing, and the filet mignon and branzino were just passable

Delicious steaks, amazing old school steakhouse atmosphere. They added extra touches to celebrate our anniversary. Great service from Matt. Can’t wait to go back for one of their weeknight specials.
