Ordered at 3:33 pm. Three pieces chicken. Three tenders. Took 23 mines to walk out. Did not pull out of parking lot till 3:57pm ridiculous. They had six people working and still were unable to provide reasonable service

11.16.25 @ 2:15. Horrible experience, 5 people working the floor; steady flow of customers. I placed an order for 8 pieces of chicken. I waited patiently for 20 mins since I knew they were busy. Then I asked the floor manager how much longer; his response was 10 mins more since they were busy. (At least, 6 customers who ordered after me had received their orders). I waited another 10 mins n no chicken. I had to finally ask for a refund. So a total 35 mins of my Sunday wasted. Horrible manager, food area was extremely messy. I would recommend going somewhere else. The Pizza Hut next door has a very nice staff

I ordered 40 dollar worth of food, and while waiting a total of 25 minutes I saw the workers standing, and talking in the back while our order wasn’t being prepared. I then received two frozen SOLID cheese cakes. I also ordered boneless wings and they gave me bone in with one having the wrong sauce. and where is the pasta in this mac and cheese??? I’m not sure if it’s just an off day, but this was insane. and definitely not worth 40 dollars.

Got a stale, terrible bagel sandwich made wrong at mcdonalds. Wound up here. Popeyes is usually above average, but today my sandwich was fantastic. Must have come out of the fryer when I walked in the door. If this popeyes was not 2 hours from my house, I would go again.

Portion was extremely small. It didn’t even fill half the cup (red beans & rice) and it was cold.

The managers at this location didn’t know how to print a receipt. Took two managers about 10min to figure it out… After both claimed to not know how to do it….

Place an order through the kiosk order did not ever come up they had put it in the to-go rack I didn’t call my name floors are filthy debris underneath cabinets tables with dirty we had to wipe off our own table with water in a napkin person who took my order had a bad attitude when I asked for my and they found it on Iraq instead of trying to give it to me

I’ll just give 3/5 for this visit.. While I enjoyed the food and got what I wanted.. The place was a total mess.. Every trash can was filled well past 100%. Every table that wasn’t be used was dirty and I had to clean it myself.
I will say however, the staff was pleasant and nice. The line while long seems to move pretty quickly.
I wanna eat there again and see it it’s better eating inside.

If I had never eaten at a Popeyes and went here I would never go again. Just so you know I do love Popeyes and go their weekly. But at this one #1 Had to wait almost 15 minutes after ordering with many employees standing around. There was maybe 3 people ordering while I stood there #2 After about 5 minutes the server said they were putting a new order of the ghost pepper wings so it would be longer wait and I was OK with that. #3 After we got home after about 20 minutes we discovered that the wings were barely cooked, they did not have the fries in the bag and the other chicken was not cooked properly.
