I started going to this location after the staff on gause started CONSTANTLY botching my orders and had become increasingly rude..this location used to be a great alternative, they once paid attention to detail, were very friendly, polite and prompt..until recently..the regular morning crew has been replaced with grumpy, unkind people who put whatever THEY want on your order, who cares how YOU ordered it!? I chose this location to escape the issues at the one closer to my home only for the same issues to start popping up over here. I don’t think I’ll be eating any more fast food ever again, companies are ditching “please, thank you and have a nice day” and allowing door slams, sass, poor customer service, frowns and plenty of attitude, not sure if it’s a gen z thing or if this is a new business model where they’ve decided customers don’t need courteousness…but it’s an adjustment I’m unwilling to make.

The fries are super undercooked. They were cold and soft, and lacked salt. My chicken strips were fine! Tasted good! McDonald’s is known for the fries though so it was pretty disappointing to have such bland cold fries. The store itself is clean though! So outside of the fries, it was a pleasant experience.

Some disgusting piece of you know what put a nail In My sons sandwich, the food was prepared at approximately 2:06pm Oct, 3 2025. This is beyond nasty, and you’re lucky I didn’t drive back up there and rip whoever prepared that food from behind the counter…… This place needs to be investigated because that is highly unacceptable. I wouldn’t sit here and take the time to write all this if I didn’t find it absolutely necessary, and no I am not making this up. Very disturbing…… and whoever the cook or cooks were at this time frame at the dates mentioned need to be throughly questioned and investigated. Check cameras and everything because they are contaminating food. The other sandwich had what appeared to be mucus from someone spitting in it as well. Though I threw that one out before I even thought to take a picture of it and spread the information, I really do not have the time to sit here make all this up. I am not trying to file lawsuits or anything but this needs to be looked into immediately.

Staff here are very rude. Good was fresh, so that’s a plus. I get being short-staffed and having to wait for food. As long as the food is fresh and employees aren’t rude I don’t mind waiting.

I would give service a negative infinity if I could for their night shifts. DO NOT GO HERE AT NIGHT….staff will 100% mess up your order no matter how simple it is. Also DO NOT SELECT “CURBSIDE PICK UP” as an option to get your food. This place will mark it complete and leave you out there until you eventually go in to check yourself and even then make you wait longer. I had to wait a total of 45mins just for a large fries and a medium Coke….please do not waste your time here…the drive to a different location will actually save you more time than waiting here.

As of the date of this review, there was one working toilet in women’s bathroom, and there was a line like it was a club. Breakfast ends at 11am. Just FYI. There is a kids indoor play area, but it was not as clean as it could have been. Located not far from the interstate. Kiosks were in working condition and main dining area was clean. I did see an employee cleaning behind the counter during morning shift and this was refreshing, because there are some restaueants that wait til closing. If you need to use the toilet (women), go elsewhere, or just join the line. Otherwise, food was good. And I did not have to wait at the counter for more than a few seconds before I was asked if I wanted to order.

I feel like the manager is really unpleasant and has no family to go to this Christmas (on account of her unpleasantness), because she drove around the property on Christmas and wasted law enforcement resources to tell a homeless man to leave the storefront of a closed business instead of telling him herself. Now, she may be upset that she got coal this year and I can see why that might be the case.

I went to this McDonald’s yesterday morning for breakfast and the workers were friendly and made sure all my food was fresh without me even having to ask. They made sure that I had everything that was needed.
