Upon arriving the first thing I noticed was how loud the music was playing. I arrived around 2:30pm, there was a couple and one other single man at the time. I was greeted with joy, and warmth. When Henry asked what kind of noodles I wanted, he was throughout in describing the difference between thick, and thin noodles, along with the different ingredients used to make it. I ordered the cozy kinton combo (thick noodles). To drink I chose the lemonade, wow I wish that was bottomless, I could drink those every day—all day! Next up was the pork gyoza, they were flavourful, crunchy, and hot (temperature; not too hot that you burn your mouth though). Shortly after demolishing the gyzos my ramen came. First thing I noticed was the smell, and presentation. I couldn’t help but do the happy dance because it looked and smelt delightful. When I took my first sluuuuuurp, and bite (after coating it in chili flakes with a splash of chili oil) I was in awe, what a decadent meal. It’s probably a good thing I don’t live close, otherwise I would be eating here as often as I could. The waiter noticed when I needed napkins without me having to ask. The staff was keeping busy, cleaning and chatting while I was finishing up. After paying for my bill, I went to the bathroom & to my SUPRISE there was metal music on? Not sure who wants to listen to that while going to the restroom. However I did appreciate the mouthwash and toothpicks they provided. I like that the restroom was clean, and private stall type situation.

Very authentic. They have many options, vegan included. They also have a value menu that’s great. I was able to finish all the food we had. Thy also have fun sayings at the bottom of their noodle bowls. I recommend the miso tonkatsu bowl. They also have fries for the picky kids.

Wow ! Everything was just WOW! First time coming but certainly not the last. We were greeted immediately with warmth. The aesthetic is so cozy and vibrant. The edamame and takoyaki was a satisfying start. We chose the spicy garlic beef ramen and the fall limited edition GOLDEN SESAME ramen it takes the win! We had sake to pair with our food and matcha/mango cheesecake and matcha ice cream to finish. The entire meal was delicious and well rounded. We weren’t uncomfortably full, just perfectly balanced! Thanks for the hospitality and even giving us a cute ramen spoon and branded chopsticks with our leftovers to go! HAPPINESS INNA BOWL GOD BLESS THIS ESTABLISHMENT AND NEW OPENING LOCATION.

A late lunch as usual — wasn’t sure what to satisfy my growling stomach until I spotted Kinton Ramen. Decided to give it a try, and I’m glad I did!

As soon as I walked in, the host/server greeted me warmly and guided me to my table, even taking the time to explain the menu, which was a nice touch.

We ordered the Pork Gyoza, Pork Spicy Jalapeño Ramen, and Chicken Donburi. The food was good and flavourful overall. I especially enjoyed the Pork Spicy Jalapeño — could’ve used a bit more of a kick, but still really tasty.

All in all, a good spot for a satisfying bite. I’ll definitely be back to try more!

Kinton just opened recently and I think they are still ironing out a few things, but we had a good experience at lunch.
The atmosphere is chill, the decor is nice, and the restaurant is clean.
We had a minor mix up with our ramen order, but the staff were apologetic and quick to fix the mistake.
The swicy ramen had a good amount of heat and was tasty.
The veggie shoyu was flavorful and not too salty. The inari tofu is too sweet in my opinion and needs to dialed down.
The fries were crispy and golden with a good amount of bonito flakes on it.

Overall, lunch was good but more expensive than I thought it should be.
Not the best ramen in the city, but still a tasty place to stop on the West end.

Kinto Ramen at Terra Losa is a great spot for a satisfying bowl of ramen in Edmonton. The ramen tasted great and was rich, comforting, and full of flavor. The atmosphere was welcoming and family friendly, making it a solid choice for both a quick meal or dining out with the whole family. Value Meal was a great choice.

It was our first time at kinto, the ramen was delicious and good portion size. Lots of flavour and average prices. The servers were tentative and the wait for the food to come out was pretty quick. Would recommend checking out!

I love ramen but I often refrain from buying it due to its price to portion ratio. I often compare ramen to pho. While both are quite expensive these days, the both take hours to perfect the rich broth, use similar garnishes, I find pho usually wins due to noodle and meat portions. While portions are smaller with ramen, the broth really hits you good. At Kinton, I found their pork miso and the golden sesame broths absolutely heavenly. Noodles had the perfect chew, the garnishes complimented (green onions a bit too strong though). Gyoza were meh, spicy karaage surprisingly spicy and quite delicious. Prices were fair but I did leave feeling I still had room for more. Would still recommend giving it a try.

Amazing service from the moment I walked in. Everyone greeted me with a smile and made the place feel really warm and welcoming. The staff stayed attentive the entire time — checking in, making sure everything was okay, and actually caring about the experience without ever being pushy. I ordered the original beef ramen with the thick noodles, and it was honestly so good. The broth had so much flavor, the noodles were cooked perfectly, and the portion was just right. You can tell they put effort into their food. Overall, I had such a great time here. The atmosphere, the service, and the food all came together to make the whole experience really enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back again.
