WOW 35 mins and counting ! Fast food made so slow the drive thru is SO backed up even with two drive thru menus they still can’t move in timely fashion.. late back to work just trying to get slow food

Haven’t been to a McDonald’s in awhile but decided to stop in for some take out . As I entered I found the restaurant was clean, neat and organized, with a hard working staff keeping busy. Orders can be placed on the self serve screens or at the counter. Tried the new deluxe mc crispy chicken sandwich which was surprisingly very good and I liked that I could customize my sandwich too. The chichen sandwich taste was similar to Chic Fil A, but not as greasy or with that heavy oil taste. I actually thought it tasted better which surprised me and the chicken was a nice large piece too. Keep up the good work.

The manager here is very efficient and she keeps the crowd moving as quickly as possible. There have been times that I visited this location and it is always very busy. The manager is always very pleasant and helpful each time that I have visited this location. I credit her for her hard work and would like to acknowledge that she is doing the best she can with the staff that she currently has.

Always check your order and receipt. This place is known for missing items. Orders are often given to the wrong car, mobile drive thru orders especially. Occured twice in 2 weeks! The first time, the car infront of me noticed and returned the bag back before driving away. The second time they charged me the item on my mobile order that included a free item. I did file a mobile survey complaint. They don’t check what you ordered, rarely ask to verify, especially mobile orders. Check your bad before you leave the line. Mid wait times depending on the time of day. Faster to go inside most days than not. Save yourself from heart disease and diabetes please, just don’t visit if you can help it honestly.

First, McDonald’s across the USA doesn’t allow you to use a free sandwich with a combo meal. Employee and Manager are not good at giving solutions on how to fix it. For that I wish I never came here and gave them my hard earned money but I have a long drive ahead of me and I didnt want my husband not to have his ice coffee he loves.
I just know I purchased a sandwich in a meal so why can’t I have my free sandwich. The receipt coupon does NOT say you can’t use in a combo meal purchase.
Rudeness overboard.

I ordered my food from some short-worded, yet efficient order taking employee.
12:48 my card was charged. I waited for my food at the window and was then told to pull into spot #1.
1:08 – still no food, so I walk inside. There is already a group of people talking amongst themselves about poor service. I inquire about my food to a different attitude-laced employee who cops a bigger attitude, delivers food to #2 spot and comes back inside to tell her coworkers what Im inquiring about. The same guy with braids who messed up my order 3 weeks ago comes over and asks what I need, so I explain to him what is going on. He proceeds to take care of me, get me hot food and tells me “I got you Sir” as if he did me some massive favor. 2 visits in one month and this will be the last time I go to this place.
1:17 is when I got my food and back out to my car to check the time again.
(Prior experience) my wife ordered mobile, I go to pick it up and they say they “can’t find the order without her phone” and “without her phone they can’t track the order” – YOURE NOT TRACKING HER PHONE ANYWAYS!!! I gave you the code and a screenshot of the order and you still wont give me the food. Never again.

It’s McDonald’s, not fine dining. The service here is very good , food was brought to our table warm and the order was correct ( always a good thing ) . Atmosphere is typical of McDonald’s , the dining area was spotless and condiments were stocked and organized.

Terrible. Sandwich was burnt and hard to chew, the milk that came together with the kids meals was already opened and 3/4 empty as if someone drank it. Disappointed and concerned for my kids wellbeing.
