When we first walked in, the staff just seemed like they didnt want to be there. Maybe they had a rush before us, but the staff at the front door seemed like they didnt care much. The lady that took us to our table kept rubbing her nose like it was running.
Our waitress was really nice but after we ordered our food, 3 kids meals and 3 apps, it took nearly 45 minutes to get our food. My wonton tacos lacked taste and on of them was very small and odd shaped leaving not a lot of toppings at all, the riblets didnt have much taste and the sauce had absolutely no flavor at all. My chicken quesadillas were alright. After we ate, we ordered shakes for our kids and we waited another 20 minutes before getting them to go. Overall the experience was subpar.
The restaurant was clean, restrooms were clean but the food was lacking. Our bill was over $100 and I had to fix something to eat once I got home.

Amazing restaurant! Special thanks to our waitress Alishia for her excellent service. The salmon with mashed potatoes and green beans, mozzarella sticks, and local draft beer were all delicious. Cozy, relaxing atmosphere with soft music. Thanks to all the staff! Highly recommended!

We had a post Valentine’s Day dinner and it was really good. The food was excellent and the service and atmosphere perfect. Our server was Harper and she was prompt, engaging friendly and courteous. The staff I saw were all busy and welcoming. We started off with a sampler appetizer. My wife had the 8oz. sirloin and I had the Bourbon Mushroom Burger and a side ceasar salad. Other than the salad having too much dressing, the meal was perfect. We have visited before and will come back. Thanks to all the staff.

The service was terrible from the get go . I wouldn’t recommend anyway eating here . The appetizer (salad) came when the food finally came out. The food was cold and old looking. My daughter had a crispy chicken bacon sandwich. The center of the chicken was raw.I told the waitress and she said what do you want me to do . My food came after everyone else’s, like 20 minutes later …. yeah they forgot mine . My grand daughter got her apple juice as we were leaving too. The manager let us leave without paying, but I hadn’t eat or anyone else really anyway. We were getting ready to leave and they were bringing us someone else’s food,lol. The circus never ended . The staff needs a manager to do their job and watch these clowns. I would suggest never going in the door.

My husband travels for work and we are always on the move. Applebees has always been one of my favorite restaurants, but not since they started asking for tips out of entitlement for just “making” the food. Last night, we ordered from them and picked up the food, as usual from INSIDE the lobby. There was no service given. They didn’t clean my table, refill my drinks, they didn’t even take my order, it was all done online, so to expect a tip for doing nothing, other than bagging the food, and making a sarcastic “Thanks, thanks a lot” to my husband was incredibly ignorant and uncalled for. I mean according to this logic, we should be tipping EVERYONE in the service industry, just for doing the job we have ALREADY paid them to do when we paid for the job because the corporation is just too cheap to pay them a descent wage. I guess we should start tipping plumbers, electricians, nurses, grocery store clerks, gas station attendants, and anyone else in the service industry, just for doing their job too huh? Anyway, now the server starts believing that the tip is “OWED” to them and starts doing things like putting things in your food to give you things like “food poisoning,” which happened to me last night after eating this food. Applebees had been my favorite restaurant, and we were eating there once, sometimes even twice a week, but not any more. Instead, I am contacting the health department and giving them the part of the meal that I didn’t finish last night, and letting them inspect this establishment, and remind them who they actually work for because it isn’t the corporation, it is the customer, and tips have always been given by us for a job well done when “serving” the food, not as an entitlement for our being in their presence and allowing them to prepare the food and hand it to us over a counter in a plastic bag.

Great service, food was great. We love the appetizer sampler as a meal and it’s always good. Staff was attentive and friendly. They had a great zombie themed drink which tasted fantastic.

Ordered a grilled cheese burger came with soup and no spoon. Hard to have soup without a spoon. Waitress walked by 3 times with my drink cup at end if table wouldn’t touch it. After 15 mins had to ask for water refill. Wonder why people dont leave tips

I don’t rate chains as 5 star, but this Applebee’s was top for a chain. Every single dish we ordered was delicious! Wait staff was a bit slow getting started but once she finally got to us she was courteous and pleasant. Prices were above what I’m used to but I guess that’s the new “normal.” Restrooms nice and clean. Forgot to take more pics of dishes 🙁

They changed their happy hour items and some prices. Wasn’t happy about that. I went knowing exactly what I wanted but due to the changes I had to get something else. The drinks were effected the most. Rather go somewhere else for happy hour now. They were my 1st choice. Not anymore.
