Cant say enough about this place. Called to explain whatever they are doing, they are doing it right! Correct order, fast, efficient, and courteous! The one thing lost in this job. It does make a difference, so that’s why I go out of my way to visit this location above all others! BZ to management and the staff for making this store an example of what Ray wanted!!!

Stopped had breakfast. Love steak egg and cheese bagels. I use the app to earn points. Every state is different on which sandwich falls under the buy 1 get 1 free deal. Cashier LANDON read me the price I was just going to pay. He then spoke up and said the steak bagels didn’t work with the free sandwich. Took the time to help me get what I wanted and was cheaper! He was very polite and friendly. Much appreciated! Any way to save money now a days is VERY helpful! Last night’s big Macs were well made. Also, I finally got some good French fries as they are hit and miss at different locations. Thanks for doing a great job at this location

I’m not sure if they were short staff, but the cashier was also helping with food. I don’t know where management is dropping the ball. I was in health care and giving previous years of Covid I don’t see sanitation as a priority. This lady went from handling money to grabbing food without washing her hands or using gloves. Management you need ongoing training with staff until it’s repetitive and you no longer have to remind them to do those things.

This McDonald’s has a very nice and modern design. It’s one of the nicest McDonald’s locations I’ve been to in the US. I’m not a fan of fries, but these were very good and clearly fresh. The woman at the McCafe window was very nice.

Was busy but the order I went in to pick up was priority. Customers were complaining about their wait but really no reason to complain. The gentleman whomever was apparently running the show was polite to me and seemed calm and I appreciate things like that.

On Friday, August 29th, around 8:40 AM, I visited McDonald’s and noticed an employee wearing a black sweater covered in animal hair while serving customers. My food also had hair in it, so I refused to take it and left it there even though I had already paid. This is very unsanitary. If nothing is done, I will be submitting a report to the health department about this incident.

Waited in drive thru line for a longtime. Didn’t get the right food and got one snack wrap in the snack wrap meal. Last three times I have visited this location it’s been horrible. I now go out of my way to go to Beaver location. Hard to believe it’s the same owner.
