The restaurant is very spacious, and the service was amazing! Thank you Miss Rachel for everything!! The food was excellent. We had the catfish platter and the shrimp platter with a crab cake. Everything was perfect. You can expect to pay $20 per person if you include a drink, and the servings are very large.

We went on a Sunday evening. Not crowded but not empty. Very attentive server. I wish I could remember her name. She was incredibly sweet and did an outstanding job for our party of 6. Food was delicious. Our mozzarella sticks and our Mayflower onion could have cooked a little longer. Some raw batter on the onion and cold cheese in the sticks. Even with those issues, I would highly recommend this restaurant! We will return soon.

Wow. I wasn’t expecting this. Possibly the best Mayflower dinner I’ve ever had. Sunday evening at around 7. Great service, restaurant is clean. Food is outstanding. Flounder and baby shrimp, baked potato, all very fresh and hot. There had to be four cups of shrimp on my plate. Wonderful experience.

My husband, my stepdaughter and I went to try it out. The atmosphere was nice, the service was excellent and the food was okay. My husband got a platter with flounder, shrimp, hushpuppies and cole slaw. The fried food wasn’t greasy like a lot of places, but he said that their wasn’t much flavor. My stepdaughter got chicken Alfredo. She said that it was good. She wasn’t super impressed, but it was rich. She took a few bites, said she was full and brought the rest home. It did come with a salad that she ate first, so she probably was full after a few bites of the Alfredo. I got the grilled salmon, salad and French fries. The salad was typical for a house salad, and I really liked it. The grilled salmon was okay…it was dry, but had a good flavor. The French fries were good, even though they were somewhat cold. The desserts looked good, so I might would go back just for the desserts, but not for the meals. Like I said, the service was excellent, but the food that we received was meh.

We stopped for lunch. The staff seemed lethargic with seating. Our waitress was proficient but looked worn out and tired, but it was the end of her shift so that was understandable, they have tough work. Their work ethic is commendable. Food was good and well prepared and prices were reasonable.

We had a party of eight and they had an area that was perfect for us. Lots of choices on the menu. It is definitely the right place to go if you like seafood. I have the Alaskan whitefish and baby shrimp. It was a senior plate and I couldn’t finish everything. The servings are huge. The waitress we had was very good. The pricing was very reasonable for the amount of food we got.

Great food! Best place to get seafood I’ve ever been to that wasn’t on the coast. I love getting the crab legs, my dad loves the salt and pepper catfish! Waiters and waitresses have all been great as well! Even when it’s crowded the food usually comes out pretty reasonably fast. If you get a fried platter be prepared for a huge portion!

Service great, food? Not so much. For just shy of $30 one would think it would be a good piece of meat at the temperature you ordered. Ordered a rare ribeye, definitely didn’t get that! Also two slices of bread? Not sure where that came from either.

Please stop serving, OLD, COLD baked potatoes. Odd the server didn’t seem surprised when I told her about the what must have been a day old baked potato. It was cold to the touch and hard as a rock. Shockingly, she removed this item by reaching across our table and picking it up off of the plate with her bare hand. We love the seafood here but this has happened several times. It’s insulting and disturbing. Do better.

We made the first mistake by asking for a beer with our menu. We were treated like we had asked for the devil himself. We chose the Pepsi option and the food that showed up was disgusting. Soggy greased everything Never will return as long as I live. Glad we tried this so we can recommend to others not to dine here.
