food was fine, zero customer service. had to remind employee multiple times to make my blizzard. food took ages to come out. order got mixed up. out of sweet tea, out of straws, out of ketchup. do not recommend.

This location is very average. The service was ok at best. Looked like the other workers were just talking. The ice cream wasn’t even blended. Everything just at the top. Bottom was just ice cream. The new McDonald’s next store is probably gonna put them out of business, wouldn’t shock me.

Drive-through girl rang my order wrong when I asked for a manager to correct it. The same drive-through Girl had a nasty attitude whilst handling my food. Her and the staff were looking and laughing at me through the window. Unacceptable behavior. I was not rude. I said please and thank you the entire time I was there so being treated that way because they had something Wrong is actually ridiculous. It was a simple fix. When I checked my order to see if everything was correct. I didn’t order extra ranch so i wait for her to turn around and While her back was turned, several of the staff members watch me wave for attention and It took them more than a few minutes just for her to Come back to the window to ask me with the same nasty attitude what I needed. I asked for the ranch she said that’s gonna be .89c. Then proceeded to take her time while talking and laughing with the Staff to bring me said extra ranch. I don’t frequent this location and probably will continue not to visit as this made it impossible to eat the food i was given. Its just fast food, but kindness is free. I hope that she learns some professionalism very quickly.

Terrible lady at the window. Asked for a 1/3 pound plain burger, got a 1/2 pound. Hardly any chocolate in my hot fudge Sunday, barley any fries. The fries are cold and hard, the drink is more ice than coke. Burger tastes like water and the bread is stale. Terrible service

I’ve been here since 8:08 P.M. (it’s 8:40 at the time of posting) and nobody ever tried to call my Mom – who placed the order – to let her know they were out of milk. Nobody came out to my car – which has been sitting here idling for over 20 minutes – to explain that.
I had to call them, be told that my Mom had to call them to verify a substitute, and only THEN would I get our food.
EDIT: I just got home and our food is cold and they forgot my Mom’s Sweet and Sour sauce that she paid extra for.
This is nothing short of poor business and as I’m sitting out here, shaking because my blood sugar is low because I’m starving – I hope they realize this is nothing short of poor practice.

2nd time ordering the ultimate hashbrowm breakfast. Each time they just plop the full hashbrown a tiny bit of eggs and about half a handful of cold cheese.
Back in the day before we paid more money for our goods and services, before the people got paid more….. They chopped up the hash brown, they cooked it with onions (non existant now) and there was as much eggs as there was hasbrowns not 2 bites of egg. The cheese was also cooked in and melted.
This time I didnt even complain. I just see it as they lost my business cause.they could care less to even try.
It asked how my service was? It was “can I take your order” then at the window she just opened the window and didnt even say anything.

Ordered 2 blizzards online at 7:08 PM. Got to resturaunt at 7:15. Could not walk inside. Doors were locked. 8 cars waiting at the drive thru. Took 12 minutes to get to order speaker. Told them I had a mobile order and was told to pull into a parking spot and they would bring it out. 4 minutes later someone brought it out. Left resturaunt at 7:32 PM. If I hadn’t paid for it when I ordered I would not had waited.
