They gave me soggy fries and I go in and I asked if I could get fresh fries in return in the old lady had an attitude towards me as if I ruined her day While I was asking for the status on the fries because it took them like 10 minutes, she walked away mid conversation

I’ve walked into plenty Burger King’s before but never had an issue with my service dog. I purchased food through the drive-through and went and go use the restroom with my dog so that way I didn’t leave it in the heat outside and this lady was really rude because the customer mentioned something about dogs being in the restaurant, but I have a service dog and she was very rude to me and told me I must leave that. I can’t have my dog there. I said I was just using the restroom, but she was very disrespectful in her approach And the law in North Carolina states that you can have service dogs in places with you.

This needs to be brought to attention to management due to people who have service dogs and have have the right to go in establishments with their service dog I will be reporting this place to my lawyer who handles my paperwork for my service dog

Never going back. They decided to try and tell you a small is now a medium and right after my husband placed and order, I’m standing there ready and I was right out ignored for the person behind me. This isn’t the first time I’ve been disappointed, last few times they’ve forgotten an order right after we made it in the drive thru so we had to wait for another 20. Honestly the last few times I went I had a bad experience.

I ordered one of the seasonal “Morticia Shakes” – which is advertised as “chocolate” and what I got was a pinkish white shake with like two drops of chocolate at the bottom…. I had guessed it was vanilla and strawberry… The person in front of me had been honking their own at the kid at the window and berating him, so I decided to spare the kid my complaint and just take the obviously not chocolate shake… Had it tasted like vanilla OR strawberry, I’d have been fine… But it tasted like it was a pace away from spoiling. I decided to just toss it and enjoy my “large” fry…. Which was half empty. And half of what was there was onion rings, which I don’t eat. So… Basically, I drove all the way to Burger King and got like 10 fries, if that. Definitely will not be returning to this location.

This burger king had 5 stars from me 8 months ago. Unfortunately I have to give 1 star. Lately my orders has been messed including by night manager. Was given unsweet tea On different occasions when i ordered sweet tea. My husband burger was messed up. They lost a customer!!!
Update: went back today 03/13/2022 and my order was wrong,no straws, and my burger had went through hell from the burger station to my hands. My money also was not right. One of the workers got caught mimicking my husband at the window. I give up honestly they can’t keep working and they hire kids to work.

Food was great! Fresh and hot at 3am! But the lady was not friendly at the order box. Then get to windows and we had to hear about all her aches and pains. Never said anything to customer(us).
