Went through the drive-through at 8:15 PM. Ordered six chicken nuggets, small fries, and a cheeseburger. Also ordered the sweet chili sauce for the Nuggets. Got only four nuggets, large fry instead of the small fry that we ordered,and the cheeseburger was a bacon cheeseburger. Sauce that was included in the bag was the flaming, hot sauce, not the sweet chili sauce. All of the food was cold. The only thing they got correct in this order was a glass of water.

I do not discriminate against giving teens an opportunity to make money, but when you go to these food places and they forget napkins, straws, sauce it’s annoying. A bunch of laughing and joking around instead of making sure you’re servicing your customer with the proper condiments and sauce I asked for. Nobody had the time to come back for a mistake you guys make constantly. I won’t return not that it matter because customer service is dead in today’s world. Seriously stop hiring these irresponsible teenagers who have no professionalism. Don’t hear these issues at chic fil a because they don’t hire just to fill empty positions as soon as possible. Horrible customer service.

If your employees don’t like their job or they don’t want to be there then why have them??? the person taking orders was extremely monotone. I was asked what drinks and what sauce??? WHY ASK IF You’re not including it with my order?????? So i called and got no answer and NO RECEIPT!!!

Fries always rock, but about the Thin Mints Frosty….it’s really crushed Thin Mints cookies in chocolate, kind of swirled thru, but it’s still a separate flavor on its own. Not bad but I think I like a regular chocolate Frosty better.

I went back because they forgot to give me my hamburger (which is literally the point of the restaurant) and asked if i could get fresh fries because i had to make 2 trips back to this location. the manager proceeded to shove his hand in my bag, grab a french fry, and look at me and say “they’re still warm” and then didn’t replace my food whatsoever. i find this utterly disrespectful and disgusting, especially considering this is the MANAGER of this establishment. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. i will be contacting corporate about my experience.

The worst Wendy’s I have ever been to. Picture attached says enough on it’s own but they consistently put out sub par food and forget items. One piece of bacon ripped in half and calling it a baconator though, that’s truly unforgivable.
