We went in for the O.M. Cheese Burger and ended up questioning O.M. Where’s the Cheese Burger. The server Viktor was bothered by having to have a customer in his section so there was no hope getting an answer to where our Cheese was. Look at the picture compared to what is advertised and you can tell why we will never be returning to Applebees.

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. This has been the final straw, we are done with this Applebee’s location. We have ordered many times over the years for to go orders. We have had errors with our order a lot but we always give them another chance after some time and occasionally it works out. Tonight was by far the worst experience we have ever had.
My husband went to pick up our food at the time it was supposed to be ready. After waiting quite awhile he asked for an update and they said that there was a mess up and they had to redo our order. He continued to wait for quite awhile when a manager came out and said sorry the reorder was never put in they will work on it now. After waiting for more than 45 minutes since he arrived he was finally given the bag of food. Once he got to the car and looked inside he noticed they completely forgot the wings order so he had to go back inside to get that fixed. Once he got home we discovered the wings order had the wrong sauce but there was no way we were going back.
My husband was there so long he saw a family come in, be seated, eat, and leave. He even had another customer comment on his situation when he had to go back in for the missing wings because it was such a horrible experience and people noticed. If they can’t handle to go orders (since we have had many issues with this) then they should not offer that option. Applebee’s definitely needs to make changes to improve their customer service.

Stopped in for a late lunch early dinner. Ordered their garlic steak. The steak plate was served hot and sizzling. Everything was nicely flavored. Had the artichoke dip and chips for an appetizer. The dip was good and the chips were crispy. The 2 for $25 deal is great bc it comes with a choice of an appetizer or you can get 2 side salads with your 2 entrees. The service was good and friendly. Good the food was served quick and hot. They have great specials on cocktails and alcoholic beverages. My strawberry lemonade was served in a big cup. There’s a bar you can sit at and eat. Or you can choose to sit at tables and booths. There are plenty of TVs to view. The ambiance and decor of the restaurant is very casual with lots of windows and natural light. The bathroom was clean.

I thought i would give my daughter a good birthday lunch, but Kris didn’t help. We had to ask her name, we never were asked about how our food was or offered boxes for our leftovers. The final negative was her offering my daughter a free milkshake and still charged us. She said she would get that taken care of and left us for a while. We paid and left, she never came back and it was well after 10 minutes. No, it wasn’t busy!

You might say I’m a salad diva. I like a salad the way I like it, typically requiring modifications from the menu. Well, they nailed it!! For me, that’s a five star.
Additionally, the hubby’s lettuce wrap was good, the waitress was very nice, she got my order correct and it was just a very good experience.

We stopped going to Applebee’s a while ago we decided to give it a try again. We went to try the new hamburger grilled cheese sandwich. Fail big time. Cheese wasn’t melted not even close. Bread was dry, and it was just a hand burger with white bread for a bun. The so called tomatoes soup is more a sauce and doesn’t come with enough to even dip with. Every time people including staff walked by our table the whole table shock the floor seems to be going bad. This place definitely isn’t what it used to be. Food and service seems to go down hill. They had dead animals in front of the building. Not a great way to start dinner.

One our favorite places to go out to eat are: The two for twenty-six deal is excellent. The ribs let’s can’t be beat. My wife really likes the oriental chicken salad. We both like the boneless buffulao chicken wings. I love the riblets the honey barbaque sauce is very good. They are a bit messy but worth it . The only thing I don’t like as a diabetic is their lack of modern sweeteners. No Splenda and no Stevia. Sweet and low just doesn’t cut it

The place is nice, but my experience was ruined by one thing: they assumed a tip of over 22% without asking me. When I paid my $21.58 bill with $30, they just handed me $3.50 back without even asking how much I wanted to leave as a tip.

We had Joaquin as our server during this visit. He was amazing! Very attentive, kind, and communicative. Also the boneless wings were delicious! Happy hour is a great deal. Definitely recommend!

Victor was amazing all around. From the second we sat down to taking our order all the way til we paid our tab. He was very kind and respectful. He went out of his way to accommodate our needs. 10/10 service would recommend him to others coming to this restaurant. Would request him every time!
