the fries were pretty good but if they gave me the right sandwich then this is the worst big bacon classic ive ever had? one half piece of bacon for a whole large sandwich and a single slice of the butt of a tomato like can we please be serious? not to mention i waited oven ten minutes for my single meal when they weren’t even busy like i feel like if ur going to be slow, u should be making actual edible sandwiches? yeah i will be eating at the other location from now on.

I’ve never gotten warm food here. I just got done waiting for my food because they were “waiting on the cheese sauce to be done” as I open the burger the cheese sauce is chunky and cold the burger is hardly warm at all and the chicken nuggets I got were cold to the touch. This shop needs to do better or close up cause it’s always been the worst one to go too.

I would do ZERO stars if I could. For one, they’re always backed up and making people wait even once you get to the speaker. Then sometimes their food comes out cold or warm, after you just waited. The only employee here who goes out their way & is super nice is the lady who works nights usually and she has glasses & the young man who also wears glasses. Other than that, everyone else here is rude & inconsiderate of your order being correct or if you have your sauces, etc. I could go on and on but Sunday night 11/3/24, all we ordered was literally 2 spicy chicken sandwiches & they came out cold, raw, & uncooked! & sad to say I didn’t notice right away until a few bites 🙁 Plus we waited forever! We will NEVER come to state st Wendy’s again!

Ordered a salad and a pop. The cheese in the salad is moldy and the pop tastes like their foundation machine is moldy too. I called them to inform them and they just say “okay” and did not offer to make it right or anything. So now I have no lunch!

workers are unprofessional no manners the lady at the drive through forgot my drink I stated with my meal cause she misheard my order in thought she handed me sandwiches so I went back around just to get the drink that I said I was already missing the first time in she had a smart remark to say after she shut the window. Sure there could be a better candidate for the job cause she don’t like hers !

Tried ordering a Jr bacon cheeseburger biggie bag. They were out of mayo and ranch and BBQ sauce. Changed my order to a baked potato and a chili. They were out of potatoes. Got the chili anyways, didn’t get a spoon or crackers. Not a great experience.

Went to buy two regular baconator meals and went home to see that they were just single patty burgers. We went back to explain how we believe we just got son of baconator meals, just to be told that because we didn’t clarify we wanted a double or triple for each burger, that they made them singles for us. I’ve never had to explain how many patties I need on a baconator, every time I order one they come with two patties. I paid $30 for two meals that were basically just single bacon burgers. Even a quick google search showed what I ordered was wrong
